Save the Children UK is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Digital, Experience, Product and Analytics team and play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of our new Customer Engagement Platform, Dotdigital.

Working with colleagues across marketing, fundraising, digital and technology teams, you will help embed the platform across the organisation, supporting users to deliver personalised, data-driven communications that inspire people to donate, campaign and take action for children. About the role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and optimising supporter journeys through Save the Children UK's new Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), Dotdigital.

You will support an active community of Dotdigital users across the organisation, providing platform governance and best practice.

You will also work closely with external partners, the Supporter Engagement Lead and the CEP Change Lead to ensure a healthy iterative roadmap and future opportunities are realised.

Seek constructive feedback from colleagues in process, design, and campaign deployment to improve supporter experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Build out workflows, rules and logic for automated customer communications and personalised messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and fundraising teams to design supporter journeys aligned to organisational objectives.
• Support integration of Dotdigital with CRM (Salesforce) and CMS (Drupal), ensuring seamless supporter experiences.
• Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and data quality, providing insight to optimise performance.
• Manage campaign testing (A/B and multivariate), sharing insights and embedding best practice.
• Ensure campaigns are compliant with GDPR, PECR, and internal data governance.
• Train and enable colleagues to use Dotdigital effectively, building capability across teams.
• Act as first-line support for Dotdigital users, escalating issues to product owner or vendor as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation in supporter engagement and dynamic segmentation.

About you

To be successful, it is important that you have/are:

• Strong knowledge of Dotdigital (or comparable Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.).
• Experience of driving product adoption (internally), improving retention and increasing supporter growth.
• Understanding of supporter journeys, lifecycle marketing, and personalisation.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering automated journeys, campaigns, and personalisation.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and working alongside the Finance assistant, you will oversee the day-to day bookkeeping processes within the Keswick Ministries office. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Development to manage supporter relationships in our CRM system. During the annual Convention you will coordinate the ‘Gift processing team’ and throughout the year you will have the support of a small team of regular volunteers who help with processing gifts on a weekly basis.

The Manager, Physics Workforce is a key role in the team with a core purpose of supporting and shaping activities that develop a strong and robust evidence base through research to:

• Identify the skills needs of physics powered sectors and champion new ways to meet them. 
• Highlight the often-hidden contribution of physics skills to our economy.

Projects you may work on include:

• A multi‑year, Physics Workforce programme that delivers evidence and insight on physics skills across the UK and Ireland.
• Development of sector deep dive projects to identify impactful policy, industry and IOP/partner-led solutions to identified shortages and challenges(with associated reports and stakeholder engagement).
• Supporting the workforce and skills elements of policy submissions and other initiatives across IOP’s strategic pillars of Skills, Science and Society.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role across the charity, supporting the smooth running of Learning with Parents’ core functions during a period of growth and enabling the team to effectively deliver our programmes and achieve impact for disadvantaged families. 

In particular, they will assist the Operations team with HR and recruitment processes, providing additional administrative capacity and supporting our finance functions. They will also provide essential administrative support for the Schools team, including supporting with responding parent and teacher queries, maintaining CRM systems and issuing invoices. 

Core areas of responsibility

Financial Systems

• Support with accounting and financial systems, including: monthly reconciliations; paying expenses and invoices; and procurement. 

HR Support

• Support with the recruitment process for staff, interns, work experience and trustees including advertising roles, supporting logistics for interviews, carrying out DBS checks, collecting references and sending unsuccessful applicants feedback.
• Support with HR record keeping, including staff training refreshers, keeping employee details up to date, policy refreshers etc. 
• Support with the onboarding of new staff, including procuring necessary office equipment, setting up new members of staff on platforms and scheduling meetings as necessary.
• Support with the logistics for the annual staff away days and organise termly staff socials. 
• Support the intern and work experience recruitment and support processes.

Programme Support

• Update the schools database and organisations database with the relevant programme information
• Support the Schools Team to deliver timely support for both schools and parents using our programmes through our help desk system, Hubspot 
• Support with the invoicing and contracts for school partners, including supporting the Schools Team with ensuring school invoices are paid
• Provide logistics support with ordering and sending out teddies to schools for Ready teddy
• Support Curriculum team with subtitling videos
• Support Curriculum team with travel logistics from filming 
• Support with any programme admin as directed by the school team.

Administrative Support

• Provide diary management support for the CEO and trustees
• Book travel for staff and external meeting spaces as required.
• Support with trustee meetings and external meetings, including organising travel, booking meeting rooms, organising lunch, minuting meetings.
• Manage all non-school related enquiries coming into the general Learning with Parents inbox and assist with responding to enquiries on HubSpot, as required.
• General administrative support as required.

Office Management

• Ensure office and kitchen resources are replenished as required i.e. printing paper, stationery, tea, coffee. 
• Ensure the office and kitchen are kept clean and tidy. 
• Ensure office equipment and furniture is in good working order and organise repairs and replacements as required.

About You

Supporter Engagement

• Respond to supporter enquiries via phone, letter, email and social media in a timely and professional manner, and with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.

At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re looking for a new Supporter Engagement Assistant to support our regional team. This role focuses on providing excellent stewardship for supporters and former patients across the communities we serve. It also calls for real passion – for our cause, for the people we help, and most importantly, for the people who help us save lives.

We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to doing their best, a person who can work independently but can collaborate within and beyond their team, who has compassion for our supporters and stakeholders and who is curious about exploring new approaches and keen to learn and develop. Whilst having experience of working with a charity would be beneficial, it is not essential. The successful candidate will have great customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to manage and develop projects. Movement Support Coordinator

The Movement Support Coordinator at Greenpeace UK plays a key role in strengthening relationships with grassroots movements and community organisations working on climate and social justice issues. Based within the Allyship Team, the post focuses on building collective power by supporting frontline groups, managing community resources, and embedding solidarity practices across the organisation.

A central responsibility is overseeing the Open Workshop Community Space -our hub for movement organising. This includes coordinating bookings, maintaining a welcoming and accessible environment, managing volunteers and freelancers, and expanding the space’s reach through outreach, events, and strategic development. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with grassroots organisers.

The coordinator will help deliver the Movement Support Fund, supporting the fair distribution of micro-grants to grassroots groups, monitoring impact, and assisting with fundraising resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in community organising, volunteer management, event facilitation, and relationship-building with grassroots or marginalised communities, whether through work, volunteer opportunities or activism. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills are essential, alongside a commitment to anti-oppression, solidarity, and climate or social justice activism.

You will achieve this by:

Managing the Open Workshop Community Space

• Process, organise and respond to requests from grassroots groups looking to book the space. 
• Manage a team of freelancers and volunteers who will oversee groups when they use the space, including recruitment, training, allocating shifts, receiving / giving feedback and processing invoices.
• Support and contribute to the development of a three year strategy to increase the reach and impact of the community space. 
• Promote the Community Space through proactive outreach, continually growing its list of users and ensuring a marketing strategy is in place.
• Bring the diverse groups using the space together through organising events and skillshares that serve the needs of the movement.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with the lead organisers of grassroots groups and other stakeholders. Continually seek to better understand their goals and how the community space can best serve them. 
• Build and maintain relationships with grassroots groups within the UK.
• Maintain the space to a high standard of safety, cleanliness and organisation, including maintaining equipment and managing stock levels, to ensure it is safe, useful and welcoming for groups.
• Maintaining and, where necessary, implement new systems (such as booking systems, signage, briefing documents) to ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Enable other Greenpeace offices to replicate this model by creating resources, sharing learning and acting as a spokesperson within the international Greenpeace community.

Supporting the Allyship Lead to manage the Movement Support Fund 

• With the Allyship Lead, set up and implement an equitable and effective method to distribute micro-grants to grassroots groups tackling specific social justice issues. 
• Carry out regular reviews of the programme to assess impact and equity.
• Support the Fundraising Team in the creation of resources for grassroots groups that enable them to apply for external funding opportunities.
• Supporting the allyship work across the organisation as directed by the Allyship Lead
• Collate a list of Community Space users who may be interested in future collaborations with teams or attending events.

Provide Internal communications to Greenpeace UK staff

• Assist the Allyship Lead with regular updates to Greenpeace UK staff in support of intersectional movement building, helping to develop clear and compelling talking points informed by our solidarity work.

About the role:

The MARAC Administrator will support the MARAC Coordinator in the administering the MARAC process. The post holder will be co-located in Brent and will be required to attend MARAC meetings in various locations as required. There will also be a requirement to attend Advance’s Head office.

The MARAC Administrator will process MARAC referrals and flag to the MARAC Coordinator any referrals that have insufficient information or may not meet the MARAC threshold. The post holder will also compile the MARAC At Risk List for approval by the MARAC Coordinator, including case details of survivors and perpetrators who will be discussed at the MARAC.

About You:

To be successful as the MARAC Administrator you will need the below experience and skills:

• An understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.

• Experience of office management and administration roles and experience of maintaining data systems and producing regular monitoring reports

• Accurate and methodical approach to dealing with data processing, filing systems, facts and figures

• Excellent literary and administrative skills including ability in information technology, data collection and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to provide high-quality, confidential, and proactive executive support. You will be responsible for comprehensive diary and inbox management, coordination of meetings and travel, management of expenses, gatekeeping the CEO’s time, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared through briefing and action tracking.

As PA to the CEO, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Briefing Hub Officer, and other relevant colleagues, to ensure the CEO’s meetings are appropriately supported with papers and briefings. Role Purpose

The Supporter Engagement Assistant is responsible for growing support for Bassetlaw Foodbank through partnerships, fundraising and community engagement. Bassetlaw Foodbank (BFB) was established in 2012 to tackle food insecurity across the district of Bassetlaw. Since 2020 the charity has expanded to tackle poverty on multiple fronts, running projects that focus both on the affordability and accessibility of food. We support residents of Bassetlaw who are in crisis, and those at risk of falling into crisis.

Fundraising & Income Generation

Location: The role will be based at Bassetlaw Foodbank’s two offices in Worksop and Retford, but regular travel to events, meetings and other opportunities across the district will be required.

Additional information: Outdoor working and community outreach are regular parts of the role. Some evening or weekend work may occasionally be required to attend events or activities.

This role has been funded The Fore for 12 months, with the likelihood of extension if key targets are met.
