What we do

Our Strategy aims to enhance the effectiveness of nutrition policy and programming by improving knowledge, stimulating learning, building evidence, and providing support and encouragement to practitioners and decisionmakers involved in nutrition and related interventions.  ENN’s portfolio includes projects specialising in Infant Feeding in Emergencies, Wasting and Stunting, Adolescent Nutrition and Management of small & nutritionally At-risk Infants under six months & their Mothers (MAMI), as well as our highly regarded international publication, Field Exchange (FEX). 

The Role

This is a new opportunity to develop the role of Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to lead the identification, development and submission of new funding proposals, and to lead on relationship management with new and potential investors.   You will work closely with the technical and operation teams.

About You

Bringing your experience of funding development to ENN, you will be ready to jump in and progress work quickly to capitalise on critical time sensitive funding opportunities. You will be comfortable assessing diverse funding opportunities, building and maintaining partner relationships, coordinating the development of grant applications and proposals in line with organisational priorities, ensuring they are tailored to donor and investor motivations and interests.

Terms and Conditions

Hours of work: Part-time flexible working, up to 22.5 hours per week/ 0.6FTE

Type of contract:  Part time. 12 months fixed term contract initially

Location: UK/Remote - Flexible. Some hybrid working may be offered to candidates in proximity to ENN’s Head Office in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, OX5 2DN.

Salary:  The salary for this position is Band 4, circa £47,000 pro rata. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead on identifying and researching new potential investors in the private and corporate sectors to support a broader and more diverse funding base.

2. Work with the Technical team on finding and engaging with new opportunities and starting up discussion with potential new investors

3. Support relationship management with investors and potential investors, in coordination with relevant project leads.

4. Coordinate the development and submission of new funding proposals that fit with ENN’s strategic direction, working with technical and operations staff to prepare all required proposal documentation in line with funding guidelines and timelines.

5. Ensure due diligence checks are completed on potential funders and partner capacity assessments on potential subgrantees.

6. Maintain ENN’s ‘live’ funding database

7. Contribute to the review and development of ENN’s funding strategy

Person Specification

· Experience in working with a diverse range of donors or investors to develop funding opportunities.

· Experience developing compelling funding proposals that respond to the needs of potential investors and are in line with organisational strategy, values and expertise.

· Success in securing funding from a range of funders or investors – such as public, private, corporate, institutional, multinational banks, and experience of direct fundraising with major donors (trusts and foundations/high net worth individuals, corporates).

· Ability to represent ENN externally, broker connections and communicate with diverse range of investors.

· Ability to broker and coordinate inputs from team members across projects and a range of specialities (technical, operations, finance)

· Ability to understand donor proposal requirements/application guidance.

· Ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, prioritising effectively, and able to work both independently and as a member of the wider team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working well with other team members and stakeholders (both internal and external).

· Able to work creatively and deliver to deadlines. A self-starter, able to diagnose situations and constraints, comfortable when to progress independently and when to escalate.

· Excellent attention to detail.

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

· Good cross-cultural awareness, knowledge, and its application to funding development.

The Candidate
Any exposure to fundraising, events, customer service, or administration (paid or voluntary)
Strong written skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to help draft clear, accurate and engaging communications and supporter correspondence.
Enthusiasm for building relationships and a genuine interest in how charities raise income and find new opportunities.
An interest in fundraising events, and a willingness to help with planning and delivery, including supporting logistics and volunteers on the day.
Confident using standard IT (e.g. Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and willing to learn to use CRM/database systems to maintain records and support reporting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The IT team supports the Hospice by delivering reliable, responsive technical services to staff, our retail shops, and the systems that help care for patients. In a small hospice environment, this role works closely with the on‑site Head of IT and Systems and is a key, visible part of day‑to‑day service delivery.

The IT support technician will play an important role in providing hands‑on technical support and helping to maintain the hospice’s IT infrastructure. This includes supporting clinical and administrative systems, resolving technical issues, and assisting with small projects and improvement activities.

You will be responsible for:

· Providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

· Providing administrative and end user support for the following services Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune)

· Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

· Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

WAGGGS is embarking on a once-in-a-generation capital investment programme to secure the long-term sustainability of its global property portfolio, including its iconic World Centres.

These centres are at the heart of the Movement - places where girls and young women from across the world come together to learn, lead, and build lifelong connections.

Over the next ten years, £5.9 million is required to protect, upgrade, and future-proof these spaces, ensuring they remain accessible, inclusive, and fit for the next generation.

A significant proportion of this funding (£3.75 million) will be raised through a global capital fundraising campaign. This project will coincide with WAGGGS Centenary in 2028 and is an amazing opportunity to amplify the moment.

This role will lead the initial scoping and feasibility phase of the campaign- testing assumptions, shaping a compelling case for support, and laying the foundations for a successful multi-year appeal. The consultant will assess readiness, define strategy, and provide clear recommendations on campaign viability, structure, and resourcing.

Subject to successful scoping and organisational readiness, there is potential for this role to transition into a longer-term position leading campaign delivery.

We are looking for an experienced fundraising professional with a track record of developing and delivering major fundraising strategies, ideally including capital campaigns, feasibility studies, or significant growth projects. You have experience securing high-value support from trusts, foundations, institutional funders, major donors, or other philanthropic partners, and understand how to build compelling cases for investment.

A strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, you are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, assessing fundraising potential, and translating complex projects into clear, evidence-based recommendations. Although high-level executive support is a key component of this role, it is far more than diary management. The Executive Assistant will become a trusted member of our client’s small team, helping to develop and maintain streamlined administrative systems, supporting the setup and oversight of grants, coordinating meetings and hybrid events across different time zones, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. From managing expense claims and grant documentation to planning international gatherings and ensuring follow-through on action points, this is a varied and essential role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a CEO and senior management team, ideally within a charity, trust, or foundation. They will bring significant experience in diary management, event coordination, and committee servicing, and will be a confident and efficient minute taker. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, the post holder will have the ability to plan well, build relationships, and be comfortable in taking the initiative. The post holder will be comfortable using a wide range of digital tools and platforms (including MS Word and Excel, CRM databases, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and project management applications). They will thrive in a remote-first environment and be confident juggling multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.

We are looking for an experienced peer support worker to join our team as part of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust HIV services in Hertfordshire. This is a new role based at clinic locations in Stevenage, Hatfield and Watford where the post holder will work as part of the clinic team to support people living with HIV.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to delivering peer support taking a hybrid approach working in-clinic and remotely at home. The role requires one evening session each week and the occasional weekend clinic as required.

This new role will be equally divided between Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland and Vineyard Global.

Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland (VCUKI) is a growing movement of churches, built on God’s transforming word, who worship God with passion, intimacy and expectation. We exist to participate in the advancement of the Kingdom of God through the work of local Vineyard churches that communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and practise. 

The Vineyard movement is growing worldwide, with churches now established in countries on six continents. Increasingly, the Vineyard churches within a country are coming together to form national Associations of Vineyard Churches (AVCs), each led by its own national leadership.

Vineyard Global exists to bring together and strengthen those AVCs, and is itself an association. Through its Council, its Leaders, Leadership Team and Trustees, it also provides guidance and support to the Vineyard movement as it emerges, thrives and grows across the world.

The Role

Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland (VCUKI) and Vineyard Global are looking for a dedicated Head of Fundraising to join our team and help us expand our impact through effective fundraising initiatives.

This is a remote position for someone based in the UK, with the expectation to work at a VCUKI office two days a month. The role is full-time and reports to the VCUKI National Coordinator.

This is a new position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow, develop, and shape the fundraising strategy for our national movement. The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at securing donations from major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland as well as Vineyard Global. They will work with movement leaders and Vineyard staff to maximise fundraising opportunities and establish long-term relationships with donors. The candidate should be a starter finisher as this is a new area of development for both VCUKI and Vineyard Global, and over time, it is anticipated that the post-holder will build a team to assist with key aspects of the role. We are looking for a graduate with a proven track record in fundraising within the nonprofit sector, especially someone who has successfully secured large donations and grants. If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives on networking and possesses the ability to influence and persuade a variety of stakeholders, we want to hear from you!
