An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for an IT Project Manager.  The IT Project Manager will be responsible for various IT Projects around the organisation but primarily responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the new Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Join SmellTaste and lead the development of the charity’s involvement in research, shaping how lived experience of those affected by smell and taste impairment is integrated in research projects. As Research Development and Engagement Manager, you will lead engagement with researchers, our patient community, and external partners to develop and support new research collaborations. Key responsibilities

• Lead the SmellTaste contribution to a 12-month National Institute of Health Research-funded Programme Development Grant, led by Prof Carl Philpott at the University of East Anglia (the ICAST Programme: Improving Care for patients with Smell & Taste Disorders).  
• Develop a Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) strategy for the above project, including evaluation of impact and dissemination
• Manage a PPI panel for the NIHR project, organise PPIE meetings and ensure participants and panel members are remunerated for activity.
• Develop a detailed, costed delivery plan for the national survey element of the planned Programme Grant which is expected to follow on from the Programme Development Grant, including marketing and publicity, recruitment and dissemination.

Purpose of the role 

In 2027 we will host our prestigious Global Congress. Held every four years, Congress convenes eminent leaders invested in global consumer rights and empowerment. This includes the heads of the leading consumer advocacy organisations, ministers and senior government representatives, leaders in civil society, executives at top businesses, prominent academics, and visionaries from philanthropic and international institutions. 

Congress is critical to the mission of Consumers International. It is crucial for our governance, as the basis for our General Assembly, where our Membership elects the governing Council of Consumers International. Around this procedural milestone, we structure a participatory, diverse and unique programme that is designed to build and advance the future of consumer rights advocacy worldwide. Our last Congress brought together over 600 participants, including more than 100 at C-suite level, and was a platform for releasing new insight and announcing major partnerships. It featured over 30 interactive sessions taking place over three days in person and online, with extremely high satisfaction and feedback ratings from participants.

To drive forward our planning and delivery for our next Congress in 2027, we are looking for an exceptional Lead, Flagship Events. This person will be the organisational lynchpin for Congress, working directly with our Leadership Team at Consumers International to produce and execute a clear event plan according to ambitious milestones and key performance indicators. 

The Lead will project manage and mobilise the wider Consumers International team to deliver the 2027 Congress, building a relationship with the host government and playing an essential part in producing a dynamic event that excites and inspires attendees. The Lead will bring strong leadership, coordination and project management skills to the role. They will have best-in-class relationship building and negotiation skills, experience dealing with senior stakeholders, and will have delivered major impactful events in the past.

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management  

• Develop and drive delivery of a comprehensive Congress project plan with clear milestones, dependencies and performance indicators 

• Lead execution of the project plan, ensuring and mobilising the team to exert discipline against deadlines, priorities and organisational goals 

• Manage the Congress budget, including oversight of host government allocations and financial reporting

What the job involves

Great creative work relies on brilliant production behind the scenes. As our Film and Photography Production Officer, you’ll keep everything running smoothly, managing the logistics that support our film and photography output. From planning shoots and coordinating the finer details, to ensuring consent and documentation are accurate and up to date, you’ll play a key role in enabling high-quality work.

You’ll also maintain an organised and accessible Digital Asset Library, making it easy for the team to find and use what they need. While this isn’t a creative role, it’s central to helping our creatives deliver powerful content consistently and effectively.

In practice, this could include:

· Planning and coordinating video and photography shoots, including schedules, call sheets, travel, equipment hire and catering.

· Working closely with our Senior Film and Photography Officer and Manager to make sure production plans support the creative vision.

· Managing key production documentation such as risk assessments, contracts, permits and licensing agreements.

· Proactively identifying potential risks, scheduling challenges or resourcing gaps, and helping to find practical solutions.

· Commissioning and onboarding freelancers, coordinating rotas and helping maintain strong supplier relationships.

· Strong organisation and project management skills, highly organised, detail-focused and proactive when it comes to spotting issues, solving problems and improving the way things work.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

As a Relationship Manager you will inspire and motivate a wide range of supporters (including individuals, groups, and corporate partners to develop strong relationships, maximising in-year fundraising opportunities and long-term value. 

We are looking for candidates from a business development or fundraising background who are excited to join our hard-working team. We’re looking for a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills, confident in negotiating with and influencing a diverse range of supporters.  You’ll be used to managing multiple priorities and be adaptable in an environment where no two days are the same.

This is a home-based role with significant travel across the patch to maximise community engagement. There will be some out of hours working required such as supporter meetings and events, however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy. 

What will I be doing?

• Inspiring, developing and managing supporters to achieve their goals through offering outstanding and tailored stewardship. 

• Developing a prospect pipeline of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads. Acquiring new supporters and income in collaboration with the Business Development team 

• Hitting fundraising targets and KPIs for CRUK's life saving research. 

• Supporting creation and delivery of relevant strategies that build better and longer lasting relationships to increase long-term income 

• Building strong working relationships with wider department team colleagues to effectively develop transitioned supporters 

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working as part of a high performing team, achieving KPIs and targets 

• Experience of working unsupervised with the ability to drive and generate own workload 

• Excellent networking and relationship manager skills – and the ability to motivate and influence supporters or customers to reach targets. 

• Ability to adapt style and approach, generate new ideas and to acquire new business. 

• A strong solution focused approach  to enable supporters to overcome challenges and maximise their fundraising.

Purpose of Role:

• To ensure the smooth and effective running of all aspects of Healthwatch Bucks’ delivery.
• Work with the Chief Executive to review, maintain, and update policies and procedures and ensure organisational compliance.
• Maintain HR and other records in line with agreed policies and legal requirements.
• Provide effective administrative support for the recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, and departure of staff, volunteers, and directors.
• Oversee a professional, courteous, and empathetic signposting service for people seeking health and social care information.
• Ensure that all staff, volunteers, and directors can use data, information, and record-keeping systems appropriately and comply with policies and procedures, including Data Protection, confidentiality, and GDPR.
• Act as the central point of contact for volunteers, helping to facilitate positive relationships between volunteers and staff and ensuring volunteers remain engaged in the wider work of the organisation.
• Deputise for the Chief Executive at agreed meetings and forums.

This is a home based role with regular travel within Buckinghamshire.

The Centre for Progressive Change is looking for a Safe Sick Pay Campaign Director that will be part of the newly formed Executive Team. This is an exciting time to be joining the campaign, as we capitalise on our successes so far and plan for our next big policy gain - increasing the rate of Statutory Sick Pay.

This role will be in charge of the Safe Sick Pay campaign including the strategy to see an increase in the rate of Statutory Sick Pay, fundraising to implement the strategy, hiring campaign team members, supporting the team to implement the strategy, holding the key stakeholder relationships, driving the campaign, and delivering parts of the campaign where needed.

As a member of the Executive Team, they will be part of the team responsible for the strategy, structure, team, culture and finances of the organisation.

Salary: £66,000 - £76,000 starting salary based on experience

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Working Rhythm: We work in sprints - working for about 6-7 weeks and then taking time off during the Parliamentary recesses. We offer 40-days of annual leave (including bank holidays).
