About Ocean Generation
Ocean Generation is a UNESCO-endorsed Ocean education charity turning Science into Storytelling. We make Ocean Literacy accessible through film, pop-culture, and education programmes that empower practical action. Most people grow up unaware that the Ocean is keeping us all alive: Ocean Generation exists to change that.
Established in 2009 by film producer Jo Ruxton MBE, our award-winning documentary ‘A Plastic Ocean’, was named by Sir David Attenborough as “one of the most important films of our time” and ignited mass public awareness about the impact of plastic pollution. Today, we address a full range of human-made threats impacting the Ocean, with a particular focus on programmes for young people across the world.
Our Ocean Intelligence approach, how we translate complex Ocean science into engaging content through Science and Storytelling, has been endorsed by the Intergovernmental Oceanic Commission of UNESCO as a project under the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.

Finance isn't just about numbers. It's about making change possible.
At Bond, we believe a more just and equitable world is possible.
As the UK network for organisations working in international development, we bring together more than 300 civil society organisations united by a shared ambition: to tackle poverty, inequality and injustice around the world. We champion the sector, influence policy, strengthen organisations and create the connections that enable our members to achieve greater impact together.
International development is changing.
Funding is becoming more complex. Expectations are growing. Organisations are navigating increasing uncertainty while responding to global crises that demand collaboration, innovation and resilience.
That is why we're looking for an exceptional Director of Finance & Resources.
This is a rare opportunity to join our Senior Management Team and help shape the future of Bond at a pivotal moment in our journey.
A leadership role with purpose
As our Director of Finance & Resources, you'll do far more than lead finance.
You'll help ensure Bond remains financially resilient, operationally strong and strategically focused so that we can continue supporting the organisations working to create lasting global change.
Working closely with our CEO, Trustees and senior colleagues, you'll provide the financial leadership, organisational insight and strategic challenge that enables confident decision-making across the organisation.
You'll oversee Finance, Planning, Operations, HR and IT, ensuring the systems, people and financial governance behind our work are as strong as the mission we exist to serve.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead:
This is a role for someone equally comfortable presenting to Trustees, supporting colleagues with complex funding proposals, reviewing organisational risk, or rolling up their sleeves to solve operational challenges.
Who we're looking for
You're an experienced finance leader who understands that great organisations need both strong financial stewardship and ambitious thinking.
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with senior leadership experience and an ability to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery.
You'll bring:
Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to equity, inclusion and creating positive change. We're looking for someone who sees finance not as a control function, but as a catalyst for organisational impact.
Why Bond?
Everything we do is rooted in collaboration.
You'll join an organisation that believes lasting change happens when people come together, share expertise and challenge one another to do better.
Alongside meaningful work, we offer:
Join us
This is more than a finance leadership role. It's an opportunity to help strengthen the organisations working to build a fairer, more sustainable world.
If you're looking for a role where your financial expertise can support meaningful change on a national and global scale, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply with your CV and a supporting statement explaining why you'd like to join Bond and what you'll bring to the role.

About us
The Mason Foundation is a national charity that supports neurodivergent young people and communities to thrive. (Neurodivergent means people whose brains work differently, for example autistic people or people with ADHD.) We run three main programmes: Propel, which is employment support for neurodivergent young people aged 14 to 25; Community Mile, locally led physical activity run by trained Champions; and wider community programmes. We work across England and Scotland.
About the role
You would be the person delivering our programmes on the ground across the South East. You would deliver all three programmes, Propel, Community Mile and our community programmes, by running training and sessions, building relationships, and championing neuroinclusion, which means helping everyday settings work better for neurodivergent people. You would also meet the wider team in person a few times a year.
What you would do
· Deliver Propel training in schools, colleges, community youth settings and workplaces.
· Deliver Community Mile training and help local communities set up lasting physical activity opportunities.
· Deliver our community programmes that support communities with less access to opportunities.
· Build and keep good relationships with partners across education, community and employer settings.
· Help organisations and communities put neuroinclusive practice in place.
· Capture engaging social media content that shows the impact of the work.
· Keep track of how delivery is going and report on it.
· Travel regularly across the South East to deliver in person.
What you need
Essential
· A genuine commitment to neurodivergent young people and communities, and to neuroinclusion.
· The ability to deliver engaging training and sessions. You do not need previous experience. What matters is that you can engage a room, and we will talk about this at interview.
· The ability to build good working relationships across education, community and employer settings.
· The ability to plan your own time and get things done while working independently.
· The ability to manage your workload within part time hours.
· A driving licence and access to a vehicle. Because the role covers a wide patch across the South East, with some places hard to reach by public transport, this is essential for the role. If this is a barrier for you because of a disability, please talk to us and we will look at what is possible.
Nice to have
· Experience delivering training to different groups of people.
· Experience in SEND (special educational needs and disabilities), employability support, community development, physical activity, or a similar area.
· Confidence using social media to share stories and engage people.
You do not need to tick every box. If you meet the essentials and are keen, please do apply.
How we recruit
We want this process to work for you. Adjustments are available at every stage, both when you apply and at interview, so please just ask.
Our interview has two stages. First, an informal conversation about the role over Teams or by phone, so we can get to know each other a little. Then a panel interview, which you can have in person or online, whichever you prefer.
We are a Disability Confident Employer. If you tell us you have a disability and you meet the essential requirements, we will guarantee you an interview.
Why join us
· Make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent young people and communities.
· Flexible, home-based working with a supportive team.
· The chance to shape and grow our programmes in the South East.
· Work for an ambitious, values driven charity where 75 percent of our staff are neurodivergent.
We welcome applications from everyone, and we especially welcome applications from people currently underrepresented at The Mason Foundation, including LGBT+ people, disabled people, and people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Our mission is to remove barriers, provide opportunities to build lasting friendships, celebrate inclusivity, and reduce inequalities.

Admissions Coordinator
Yeldall Manor – Christian Residential Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programme
Benefits
Full Job Description
Admissions Coordinator
At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community. We believe that lasting recovery is possible and are committed to supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, restore relationships and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working with vulnerable adults or within health and social care settings, and a passion for helping people begin their recovery journey.
What will you do?
What are we looking for?
About You
You will be someone who thrives on supporting people at critical points in their lives. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and confident communicating with professionals, commissioners, families and prospective residents.
Most importantly, you will be committed to helping individuals take the first steps towards recovery while ensuring every applicant is treated with dignity, respect and compassion. We welcome applications from people in recovery; however, due to the nature of the role and the support provided to residents, a minimum of two years' sustained recovery (clean time) is required.
As a Christian charity, we bring our faith to the work we do and the men we work with, so you will be someone with a deep-rooted Christian faith, able to inspire others in their own faith journeys, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all key decisions. Schedule 9, Part 1:3(a) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
What We Offer
Our Christian Ethos
Yeldall Manor is a Christian faith-based charity and recovery community. We welcome applications from people who are committed to our Christian ethos and values and who are willing to actively contribute to the Christian life of the organisation.
Safeguarding
Yeldall Manor is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role
