The Quality Assurance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring high standards, consistency and reliability across all Day One services. Working closely with the Heads of Hospital Services and Community Services Development, the post holder leads the design and implementation of a robust organisational quality framework, service standards, auditing tools and monitoring processes. They provide assurance that services are safe, effective and delivered in line with Day One’s values, carrying out regular audits, analysing findings and submitting clear monthly performance reports to the Director of Services.

This role supports both continuous improvement and compliance, maintaining all operational service policies and ensuring safeguarding quality is monitored appropriately, with concerns escalated to senior leads. Through thoughtful analysis, clear reporting and a supportive approach, the Quality Assurance Manager ensures Day One’s services remain consistent, high quality and driven by best practice.

About the Role

The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) is an independent philanthropic organisation, working with a range of partners to transform the lives of children and adolescents. CIFF’s portfolio focuses on child health and development, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, girl capital and child protection. CIFF has been partnering with MSI since 2015 to boost sexual and reproductive health and rights globally.  The Challenge Fund Programme (2024-2028) is a $100m programme with global and bilateral investments from CIFF to advance sexual and reproductive health services and increase modern contraceptive prevalence in six countries across West and Central Africa.

MSI seeks a Global Programmes and Philanthropy (GPP) Adviser to support the implementation of the CIFF Challenge Fund Programme. Working in the Challenge Fund programme team and directly reporting to Head of Challenge Fund, the GPP Adviser will provide programme management and administrative support to the Head of and two Programme Managers across the Challenge Fund Programme to ensure timely and quality delivery of deliverables against donor reporting obligations  and close budget monitoring. In addition, this role will play a key role in the coordination of overarching internal ways of working, including the organisation of external donor engagement meetings and events. This is an exciting role that requires excellent financial and data analysis skills, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent ability to work across teams to deliver results, and great attention to detail.

This role is part of the broader team supporting CIFF investments, headed by an Associate Director. The team oversees the technical design and execution of CIFF investments and is responsible for safeguarding and advancing MSI’s relationship with CIFF as a key contributor to achieving MSI’s mission. The team provides organizational leadership to ensure that MSI’s strategy, policy, systems, and capacities are responsive to donor priorities and investments and that CIFF programming advances the MSI2030 strategy.

We are very excited to announce that we have been awarded a grant by The National Lottery Community Fund to help us support our most valued micro and small voluntary and community groups in Oxfordshire.

As the Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward this partnership initiative, working collaboratively with our delivery partners, with local stakeholders, community and voluntary sector groups, and our funder The National Lottery Community Fund to ensure that impact measurement and activity reporting is kept on track. Our client, The Centre for Transforming Access and Student Outcomes in Higher Education (TASO) is an affiliate What Works Centre, and part of the UK Government’s What Works Movement. ​TASO was set up in 2019 and became an independent charity in April 2021. Their work focuses on the generation, synthesis and dissemination of high-quality evidence about effective practice in widening participation and student outcomes. They primarily focus on developing and disseminating causal evidence.

​Role:

​The Chief Research Officer will ensure the smooth and successful delivery of TASO’s Research & Evaluation programme, with overall responsibility for TASO’s Research and Evaluation budget. This will involve managing the staff involved in these functions to deliver TASO’s research, evaluation, synthesis and evidence mobilisation activities to time and within budget.
 
Working closely with the Chief Executive, the postholder will help shape TASO’s overall strategic direction and translate this into a clear programme of research and evaluation activity. Be Free Campaign is a youth-led mental health charity dedicated to platforming the lived experiences of young people to destigmatise early and preventive mental health support seeking.
We work with young people across Merseyside and Manchester through schools, community spaces and events, reaching thousands of young people annually. Through our core 6 programmes, young people learn how to engage and connect with support to help them take control of their health and futures.
As the charity enters its 6th year, we are actively looking to engage with racialised and marginalised young people to understand the barriers they are facing in accessing support. 

Role purpose

The Young People’s Equity and Inclusion Officer will work to improve how mental health support includes and serves racially and otherwise marginalised young people aged 11 to 25 in Liverpool. The role focuses on generating insight, co‑producing solutions, and supporting practical changes so that support is more culturally safe, accessible, and relevant.

This is a non‑clinical role centred on outcomes rather than casework. The post holder will coordinate engagement activity, gather and interpret learning, and work with partners to turn that learning into clear tools, pilots, and recommendations for change.

Role summary

The Impact and Insight Manager will be responsible for leading an exciting range of high-profile research and analysis. Their work will develop the evidence base for careers education in schools, colleges and businesses, contributing to thought leadership.

We are seeking an analytical, curious and collaborative individual as an expert on careers education. Identifying, generating and using a wide range of evidence and data, you will work with the Senior Manager Impact and Insight, within the Policy and Impact team, to build an evidence-led approach across all our work, also advising on evaluations.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Evaluation and research  

• Generate insights from CEC and other data for the careers education system and demonstrate impact.
• Lead analysis of specific core datasets, including testing hypotheses, using quantitative analysis and working closely with external advisers where necessary.
• Lead new areas of research and evaluation, ensuring the activity contributes to the evidence base for careers education.

Relationships, Influencing & Management

• Build and develop trusted relationships with external research and policy organisations.
• Present accessible impact and insight findings and represent the CEC to stakeholders including. government, employers and educators.

Role purpose

The Senior Delivery Manager plays a key role in leading high-quality operational delivery across WorldSkills UK’s workforce development products and services. The postholder will be responsible for contract, project and performance management, ensuring all programmes are delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high standard. · The salary for this role is £50,000.

Role purpose

You are responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating the Sector Connected Leaders Programme which is a new scheme and in a pilot stage. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination and delivery of high-quality events and learning activity across the UK nuclear sector. • Help service users understand information and choices using accessible communication (Easy Read, plain English, visuals).
• Encourage and develop self‑advocacy skills so service users can speak up for themselves.
• Manage a caseload of up to 5 active cases at any time.
• Attend meetings and forums alongside service users.

Community Engagement

• Work in partnership with local services, including Camden Council Social Services, health providers, housing teams, and voluntary and community organisations.
• Promote the rights of people with learning disabilities across Camden.
• Support adults with learning disabilities to access community activities, employment, education, and social opportunities.

Casework & Representation

• Manage a caseload of individuals needing one‑to‑one advocacy.
• Attend multi‑agency meetings (such as MASH) to ensure the person’s voice is heard and respected.
• Challenge decisions or practices that undermine an adult with learning disabilities’ rights, wellbeing, or independence.

Safeguarding & Rights Protection

• Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with Camden People First policies and statutory guidance.
• Promote the principles of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, Equality Act, and Human Rights Act and other legislation.
• Ensure all advocacy is independent, confidential, and led by the person.

Administration & Reporting

• Keep accurate case notes, outcome records, and monitoring information.
• Contribute to service evaluation, member feedback, and quality improvement.
• Support the development of accessible information and Easy Read materials.

Internal Relationships

Reports to the Director, with caseload-only supervision by the Volunteer Caseload Supervisor.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Level 4 Independent Advocacy qualification
• Experience working with people with learning disabilities or other vulnerable groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including accessible communication methods.
• Understanding of relevant legislation (MCA, Care Act, Equality Act).
• Ability to build trust, maintain boundaries, and work in a user‑led environment.
• Confident in challenging decisions and advocating assertively but respectfully.
• Commitment to co‑production and working alongside self‑advocates.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in advocacy, social care, community development, or peer‑support settings.
• Knowledge of Camden’s local services and community networks.
• Experience producing Easy Read materials or using tools like photosymbols
• Understanding of user‑led organisations and the social model of disability.
