About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on senior infrastructure and security manager to lead and manage Breast Cancer Now’s IT infrastructure and security operations.
This is a delivery focused role where you’ll take responsibility for building, configuring and maintaining infrastructure while also implementing and managing security governance controls. You’ll ensure our systems are resilient, secure and aligned with frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus and NCSC guidance.
You’ll be responsible for migrating systems from on-premises to Microsoft Azure, modernising our infrastructure to ensure it is secure, scalable and cost-efficient. Alongside this transformation, you’ll manage day-to-day infrastructure and security operations across our hybrid environment.
In addition, you’ll also take ownership for the delivery of key governance activities including risk assessments, audits, compliance checks, vulnerability management and cyber incident response.
Working closely with the Head of IT, you’ll support the development of long-term plans while taking full ownership of technical delivery. You’ll mentor and guide engineers, but remain fully embedded in the hands-on work needed to build and maintain secure, high-quality infrastructure services.
About you
You’ll be an experienced infrastructure professional with strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing and managing:
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, compute, security and monitoring)
- Networking technologies (firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, virtualisation)
- Enterprise security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, XDR, MDM, IDPS)
- Backup, replication and disaster recovery solutions
- Microsoft services such as Windows Server, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, Exchange and SharePoint
You’ll have proven experience of building infrastructure solutions end-to-end, delivering transformation projects, and maintaining secure, resilient and cost-efficient environments.
You’ll be confident working with security governance frameworks, with direct experience putting in place the day-to-day processes, controls and compliance activities needed to keep an organisation secure.
Alongside your technical skills, you’ll bring strong leadership and communication, with the ability to mentor colleagues, collaborate with stakeholders, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

About the role

About you
We are looking for someone who can proactively take leadership and ownership of creating safer and compliant clinical services for our residents and participants. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively, and able to upskill others to be empowered to perform within their roles, with knowledge of clinical excellence. You will have:
- Registered Clinical Profession; Specialist Registered Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber qualification or equivalent
- Proven leadership in clinical service delivery within health, social care, or third sector settings
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence
- Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
- Thorough understanding of risk management and able to share this with colleagues at all levels through training, meetings and one to one support

Role Overview
The Director of Development at the Foundling Museum will lead the Museum’s fundraising strategy, driving income generation to support its mission and programmes. As part of the Senior Management Team, this new role will work in collaboration with the Director of Finance (PT) and Director of Commercial and Operations (FT).
Reporting directly to the Museum Director, the role involves managing a small development team (2FTE) and communications team, setting ambitious targets and achieving actual income goals, ensuring alignment with the Museum’s values and strategic priorities.
The Director of Development will play a critical role in shaping the Museum’s long-term financial resilience, leveraging the Museum’s reputation and impact to inspire and engage supporters from diverse sectors.
Key duties
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising, membership and partnership strategy to support the Museum’s short and long-term goals
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Board to align fundraising priorities with the Museum’s mission and strategic objectives
- Fundraising
- Lead efforts to secure major gifts and corporate sponsorships, with a particular focus on individuals, trust and foundations, and corporates

Person Specification
Experience (required)
- Proven leadership, ideally at least 5 years, in a similar role where philanthropic and grant income is central to the success of the organisation
- Extensive experience of shaping and implementing fundraising strategies that have delivered a step change increase in actual income
- A substantial fundraising track record in securing income from diverse constituencies and across funding types, including personal experience in securing major gifts and managing teams to do the same
- A demonstrable history of innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to identifying income generation opportunities and pushing organisations forward to increase income
- Proven experience of nurturing long and short-term funding opportunities and being the key point of contact for both

Conditions of Work and Benefits

Battersea has recently approved a new 5-year organisational strategy to deliver an even greater impact for dogs and cats through our Prevent, Support and Care activity. Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. Responsibilities
Strategy, vision and leadership
- Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.

o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.
o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.
o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Development Research and Operations Manager (DROM) to support the growth in fundraising activity of a busy and ambitious orchestra. The post-holder will deliver high-quality philanthropic research, pipeline and CRM management, the creation of donor briefings for individual, corporate and trust supporters, and horizon scanning for new and future opportunities.

The Role:
The Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end processing of all supporter and organisational data. This includes the set-up and management of systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources, and preparing information to support financial reporting. Main purpose of the role:
This is a new role working within Battersea’s Income Generation department to develop and deliver the campaign plan for a £4-6million pound capital fundraising appeal.
One of the key pillars of Battersea’s current strategy is to ensure that we continue to provide expert care for all the dogs and cats that come through our gates. One of the ways in which we do this is by investing in our facilities to ensure that they continue to meet the changing needs of the animals we care for. This fundraising campaign will help to achieve that aim.
You will work with teams across Battersea to develop a comprehensive plan for the campaign and co-ordinate the work of multiple specialist teams to deliver the campaign on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for developing a clear governance structure for the campaign, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Head of PS Financial Reporting

We’re recruiting for a Head of PS Financial Reporting to join our Finance team at Mencap. This is a pivotal role and the successful candidate will be in charge of the financial reporting across our Personal Support (PS) services in England, Cymru and Northern Ireland. The focus will be on providing robust financial oversight, compliance, and insight driven reporting that drives operational excellence.
This role is a full time permanent position. There is flexibility around where the role is based, we have large offices in London, and Peterborough and smaller offices located throughout the UK. If there is no office within a reasonable distance, the role may be offered as home based with some travel for team meetings. Key Responsibilities
- You will lead the development and delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports across PS services.
- You will collaborate with senior stakeholders on financial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
- You will drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.
- You will promote evidence based strategic decision making through financial analysis and modelling.
- You will line manage the PS Finance Business Partnering team
Required Skills
- You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- You will have a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis within a complex organisation.
- You will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial governance.
- You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in or with social care or charities is desirable.

Our Camden Housing First and Health team is offering an exciting apprenticeship that places you at the centre of meaningful change for people experiencing homelessness in London. As a Health and Wellbeing Apprentice, you will work closely with our dedicated health leads to support residents who face barriers in accessing care, helping them take positive steps towards healthier and more independent lives. Whether it’s accompanying clients to appointments, recording important data, assisting with administrative tasks, or helping to deliver creative and engaging health events, you’ll play a hands on role in breaking down obstacles and opening doors to better health and wellbeing. Every day, you will see the direct impact of your support as trust builds, confidence grows, and individuals begin to achieve improvements in their physical health that once felt out of reach.
This opportunity is also about your own growth and development. Alongside your day to day work, you will dedicate one day each week to completing the Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker apprenticeship with Impact Futures, gaining knowledge and skills that will serve as a strong foundation for your career. Over 16 months, you will not only learn how to apply a psychologically informed approach to your practice, but also develop the expertise and confidence needed to thrive within Single Homeless Project 9SHP) and in the wider health and social care sector.
