Job description

An opportunity to contribute to the development of crisis prevention pathways and services, as well overseeing existing essential crsiis prevention services. 

The postholder will ensure safe, effective, person-centred delivery across a range of service settings including Sanctuary, satellite locations, co-located models, and community-based interventions. A core part of the role involves developing crisis prevention strategies, ensuring services are accessible to all communities, and overseeing training and capacity-building across teams.
