What the job involves
As a Marketing Delivery Officer within the Integrated Marketing and Media team, you’ll play a central role in bringing communications plans to life. Working closely with colleagues across the Communications Directorate, you’ll coordinate the delivery of content and channel activity so priority communications land effectively and on time.
You’ll oversee delivery across a wide range of channels, coordinating content outlined in communications plans and delivering against priorities set by Communications Business Partners and Product Owners. A big part of the role involves working with delivery teams to understand their lead times, briefing needs and how to get the best outcomes from collaborative working. You’ll work on projects with teams across the charity, including sector-leading virtual fundraising challenge products, sporting events such as London Marathon, in-person events like March for Men, projects to promote our support services, Corporate Partnerships and much more. You’ll also liaise with our external media agency to support the delivery of content for paid media campaigns.
As part of cross-functional product teams, you’ll stay close to evolving priorities and take ownership of the production and delivery of communications activity. This includes copywriting, editing and reviewing content, developing creative briefs and overseeing delivery of the communications plan. You’ll coordinate asset requests, organise briefings and channel planning sessions, and help connect product teams with delivery teams so everyone is aligned and working efficiently. You’ll get to work with teams across the organisation and get to see first-hand the work we’re doing to give men the power to navigate prostate cancer.
What we want from you
You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to calmly balance planned and reactive work while keeping a solutions‑focused mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging content for general audiences, and skilled at building trusted relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
You’ll bring experience of copywriting for different channels, along with copy editing and reviewing skills, and have a solid grounding in creative content production, creative briefing and ideation. Practical experience using tools such as Canva will be important, as will project management expertise and familiarity with collaboration tools like Trello or Monday.
Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to quickly digest complex information and respond effectively, even when working to tight deadlines. Above all, you’ll be a collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions, engaging stakeholders and helping teams deliver their best work together.

The Ministry Development Team (MDT) is a team of 45 people which sits within the Archbishops' Council. The 999 Club has stood on the corner of Deptford Broadway for more than 30 years, working with and supporting the local community. Our focus now is on people who are street homeless, rough sleeping or unhoused and those who have no recourse to public funds.
The Gateway is open five days a week and provides a welcoming, safe and friendly space where our members can spend time away from their usual situation and sort out practicalities like getting laundry done, taking a shower, charging their phone and having something to eat.
The Team
Exactly as it says on the tin, the Essential Services Team was set up to deliver essential services and we’re really excited to be restructuring the team. Whilst our Intervention Team works with members to figure out their next steps around housing etc. the Essential Services Team work to make sure that everything is in place we all get to spend time in clean, safe, friendly surroundings.
Working alongside an amazing team of volunteers the Essential Services Team provide it all, hospitality to housekeeping and everything in between. From welcoming members at reception to helping out with laundry, to making sure the place is clean and comfortable and well maintained, that we have enough of everything, that all the admin is taken care of and and that there’s something nutritious for lunch, the Essential Services Team are at the centre of everything we do – effectively, they are the engine that keeps the 999 Club running.

Position Title: Senior Lead Gender Coalition
Level: Level 5
Salary: £39, 000 - 44, 000 (FTE yearly)

Location: Liberation centre Brixton, London (New office in Brixton)/ Remote working within the UK with at least 2 days’ work from our office (Pro rata for part time)

The Advocacy Academy is an activist youth movement. We serve as the political home for grassroots youth organising and the catalyst for collective action. The lives of the young people we work alongside have been directly shaped by living in an unjust world, and we exist to turn their anger into action.
Young people are often the catalysts for major social change, from the Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee at the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, to the Soweto Uprising mobilising young people to resist the apartheid regime's education policies, to the Sunrise Movement redrawing the electoral map across America, and more recently encampments and protests across the world protesting the genocide in Palestine. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective.
We want youth organising to be enshrined in the UK for generations to come, and for young people to have tangible political power to influence national policy. That’s why we have launched two national coalitions, one around climate, and the other around gender. Each will train organisations across the country to become youth organisers and work together to bring 100 young people together to identify the strategy and tactics needed to achieve change. ABOUT THE ROLE
In a context of the rise of the far right, increasing inequality, and climate disaster, The Advocacy Academy is growing to meet this moment.
As part of this, we are expanding our Organising and Campaigns Team, looking to recruit two senior and experienced organisers and campaigners who are able to build the leadership of young people to enable them to turn the resources they have into the power they need to make the change they want. We have raised the funds needed to resource this growth and know what needs to be done. There are three key areas of responsibility:

Now, at this crucial moment in British political history, we’re seeking two experienced Media and Communications Officers to elevate our media and digital outputs as we deliver on an exciting new three-year organisational strategy.
The Communications function tells people who Liberty is, what we do and how they can get involved – helping to shape the narrative of the media debate and influence decision makers. This role requires proven experience of designing and executing high-quality, high-impact media and digital communications plans that reach, engage and persuade target audiences.
Liberty is a small organisation which punches above its weight. The Media and Communications Officers will use their media experience to support the running of our busy press office by being the first point of contact for journalists, drafting responses to media requests, and supporting our spokespeople with interview briefings. They will also help build our profile in the media by forging relationships with key contacts across broadcast, print and new forms of digital media.
Telling an inclusive story about the importance of our rights and freedoms to everyday lives is central to who we are and what we do. The Media and Communications Officers will deliver engaging outputs across social media and our website, adapting core messages across different platforms. They will help bring technical legal and policy arguments to life through creative storytelling that resonates with the public.

This is a key role to help drive RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. As Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of RFUK’s fundraising strategy to sustain and broaden the organisation’s scale and impact. Reporting to the Head of External Relations and part of the Fundraising and Communications team, you will lead a range of activities and are responsible for developing and cultivating partnerships with institutional donors, trusts and foundations, ethical corporates, and individual supporters.

You are eager and ready to implement new digital tools and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline processes and maximise long-term donor engagement and support.
