We’re looking for a Mass Participation Fundraising Officer to maximise our income from all mass fundraising activity, including sporting, challenge and virtual events, and provide our generous supporters with excellent stewardship and care.

What does this role do?

As Mass Participation Fundraising Officer, you will:

• develop and deliver mass fundraising events, with end-to-end coordination of various in person and virtual events, ensuring supporters are at the heart of all activity,
• effectively market events to audiences, ensuring opportunities to fundraise reach the right audiences and sign-up targets are met,
• monitor KPI’s for mass fundraising activity, ensuring there is return on investment and insights are gathered to drive improvements,
• innovate and come up with new ideas, always striving to find new, creative ways to increase income from events,
• support on event days, ensuring our supporters have an fulfilling, memorable experience, while also managing volunteers and health and safety requirements.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 9th and 10th June 2026, and will take place on Teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of developing, planning and delivering excellent supporter journeys, providing an inclusive, engaging supporter experience. We are looking for a Care Navigator/Social Prescriber to work as part of the Ageing Well Service across Havering. You will be working as part of a Care Navigation team providing support to Havering residents with multiple long-term conditions, end of life diagnosis and vulnerable isolated older people to achieve the best possible quality of life and independence by enabling them to have maximum support at home, encourage taking up activities, volunteering or increasing social interaction, enabling choices and access to services in the community.

As Care Navigator/Social Prescriber you will work with professionals from health, social care and voluntary sector to increase the reach of the service and achieve best outcomes in reducing social isolation, improving wellbeing and resilience for older people.

You will also be responsible for maintaining client records and support monitoring and service evaluation in a timely and professional manner.

Successful applicants will have experience of working with older people or people with multiple long term conditions in health, social care, voluntary or independent sector, in a paid or voluntary capacity. You will need to be excellent communicator, able to work effectively both one to one and as part of a team. Good computer skills and accurate record keeping are also required. Main duties

Special Events: 

• Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of our special events programme. 
• Manage the core elements of special events delivery such as the co-ordination of auction prizes, guest lists, guest requirements, admin and communications.
• Source ‘money can’t buy’ silent auctions items and raffle prizes and act as the main point of contact with the auction company.
• Support with ticket and tables sales for all special events.
• Deliver high quality supporter care and exemplary stewardship to special event guests.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to produce event materials including event programmes.

Budgets and Finance: 

• Support the Head of Supporter Engagement in tracking and recording income and expenditure for events and ensuring they are delivered within agreed budgets.

• Assist with other team projects as needed, working together to deliver a high-quality portfolio of community projects and activities. 
• Support and attend fundraising events as required. 
• Adhere to the highest standards of community fundraising best practice as set out in the Fundraising Regulator Fundraising Code of Practice and ensure that all activities comply fully with the relevant Data Protection obligations and any other legislation.

Job Title: Support Mentor

Location: This role is based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings.
• Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways.
• Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
• Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary.
• Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate.
• Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who have multiple and complex needs, with a drive to help support those who suffer with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will be able to build rapport and trusting relations in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to helping others, with an understanding that each individual has different levels and types of support needs. 

We are looking for:

• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs
• Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
• Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders

We’re looking for an Outreach Housing Support Worker to join our team and provide high‑quality housing advice and support to young people aged 18–24.

This is a flexible role that responds to the needs of young people in the community, helping them navigate housing challenges and avoid or move on from homelessness.
