Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, the Outreach & Engagement Worker will deliver 2-4 daytime outreach sessions per week in Manchester alongside partners, colleagues and volunteers. They will also attend the Street Engagement Hub weekly to provide specialist support to women attending this multi-agency hub. They will provide brief interventions and casework support to women supporting their needs holistically.
You will work with other members of the MASH team to achieve the following outcomes:

Since 1991, MASH has been at the forefront of supporting women in and around Greater Manchester who are, have been or may start sex working and who are facing multiple disadvantage. Due to the rapid expansion of Day One Trauma Support over the last three years, the charity’s infrastructure has needed to respond quickly to meet its changing demands. About you:
You will have at least 3 years’ experience of delivering HR support directly and facilitating line managers to deliver HR support. About the Role:
As an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to challenge and develop key channels to drive continued success in attracting new supporters to WaterAid.
The role is to project lead the day-to-day development, management and delivery of a number of fundraising campaigns across channels such as DRTV, inserts and door drops. Overseeing the creative and delivery of campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis, contributing to and ensuring the Supporter Activation team meets agreed objectives and income targets.
Key to this role will be to lead on the management and development of the DRTV programme (from creative to planning) which plays a significant part in the activation programme.
You'll also:
- Lead on the management, delivery and development of all aspects of the DRTV programme. Taking particular responsibility for creative development and innovation, media planning and campaign analysis.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager (Supporter Activation) in the strategy and innovation of the DRTV programme to drive growth in this pivotal channel.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Officers to manage, deliver and develop the other channels in the extensive activation portfolio such as inserts, door drop and integrated media and creative campaigns, taking particular responsibility for media planning, buying and analysis.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the management, delivery and development of campaigns within the Brand Consideration programme. Including collaboration with a wide number of internal teams and external colleagues to create integrated creative campaigns utilising multiple channels.
- Lead media and creative agency relationships at a strategic level; including taking a lead on pitching and appointing new agencies, including contract management. Act as first point of contact for external partners where required, taking responsibility for resolving queries, trafficking all stages of projects, escalation of potential problems and performance reviews.
- Lead on creative development; contribute to the overall strategy for the Individual Giving & Engagement Team, make decisions on creative strategy, approach, copy and design, working closely with Communications Team to accurately reflect the brand.
- Develop, plan and manage complex income and expenditure budgets for a portfolio of activities, some with six figure budgets and targets; including using complex reforecasting models to provide projections for income and expenditure.
- Ensure that all communications are carried out within FRSB, DPA and Charity Commission guidelines.
About You:
- Substantial proven experience of working in a similar fundraising and/or customer marketing role managing an expenditure budget to deliver campaigns using a wide range of media.
- Proven experience of managing DRTV campaigns, working closely with media, creative and production agencies.
- A track record of developing and implementing successful direct marketing strategies working in a complex direct marketing role / team. Including experience of strategic planning and executing multi-faceted activation campaigns for both below and above the line channels.
- Proven experience of managing large volume media campaigns including media planning, buying and analysis.
- Significant project management experience including identifying new fundraising opportunities and developing a framework for implementation.
- Experience of developing and managing complex budgets, using relevant monitoring and evaluating tools.
- Ability to develop, monitor and adapt DM strategies for the implementation of fundraising channels; including advising on the direction of the overarching direct marketing programme.
- Experience of successfully developing high level relationships with senior staff and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Experience of leading a team and line management of one or more team members.
- Excellent written and numeracy skills with attention to detail and the ability to use spreadsheets to formulate and analyse complex budgets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills, and communication skills including experience of presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- A good understanding of fundraising principles.

The Charity
The Youth Adventure Trust is a youth development charity working with vulnerable young people aged 11 to 16 years old from Wiltshire and Swindon. Our outdoor activity based YAT Adventure Programme enables young people to challenge themselves, experience success, learn to go beyond their own expectations and grow in confidence. Through a series of residential camps and day activities they are able to build resilience, self esteem and develop social and life skills. The YAT Resilience Programme works to the same outcomes through a year long programme of monthly activities, home-based challenges and reflective practice. Our Mentoring Programme works with those young people in need of some additional individualised support at the end of our other programmes. The Trust’s Bursary Programme is open to all those young people who have completed an initial programme, in order to assist their next steps into further activities. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Adventure Programme Support Manager to support both young people and volunteers on our Adventure Programme. Working alongside the Programme Managers you will act in a support function across the activity days and camps, and be involved in direct one to one support for young people. You will also work alongside the Volunteering Lead to recruit, manage and support the volunteers who are front and centre of ensuring our young people’s positive experiences and outcomes. This is a diverse role with the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people both through direct work and supporting the wider team.
Programme Support
This aspect of the role includes;

Attending residential camps and activity days throughout the year, assisting with organising and delivering the Adventure Programme.

Ensuring the highest standards of support, safety and safeguarding across the programme and all aspects of the Youth Adventure Trust’s work.

Carrying out direct work with young people to help support their needs and fulfil the Youth Adventure Trust’s aims.

Supporting work with the young people’s families to promote full attendance, effective participation and ensure they have all the information they require.

Supporting work with our referral partners to ensure they have an excellent understanding, relationship and experience with the Youth Adventure Trust.

Contributing to ongoing feedback to young people, parents, carers and schools.

Working with the Programme Managers to support young people moving on to the Mentoring Programme, and promoting take up of the Bursary Programme.

Assisting the day-to-day administration and management of the programme. This may include maintaining a database, producing written communications and reports, information leaflets, website updates, budget monitoring, booking and negotiating with providers, and an array of detailed record keeping.

Volunteer Management
Volunteers are critical to the success of our programme for vulnerable young people; recruiting, supporting and developing capable, skilled, empathetic, engaging and committed volunteers is essential to the impact of our work.
This aspect of the role includes;

Promoting volunteering opportunities and recruiting new volunteers to the organisation to ensure needs are met.

Acting as a key point of contact for volunteers, maintaining communication and engagement with the charity.

Administering all aspects of a volunteer’s involvement with the Trust, including completing the relevant checks and references, record keeping and database maintenance.

To be up to the challenge you’ll need an excellent understanding and a proven track record of relevant experience working with vulnerable and challenging young people. You’ll need demonstrable skills at building effective relationships with young people, parents/carers, and professional organisations. In addition, you’ll need an excellent understanding of volunteering and relevant experience working with and managing volunteers. You’ll need strong influencing and motivational skills; the capacity to get the best out of people and confidently deal with issues. You’ll be an excellent communicator, planner and problem solver, a strong team player and an exemplary role model.

About the Role
As an Applications Manager, you will play a critical role in managing MSI applications which are underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics technology. Your role is multi fascinated: primary, to enhance and optimize client interactions from the outset, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. You will play a key role to support our commercial sales strategy with Dynamics Sales and power apps, streamlining our operations and driving sales growth. Concurrently, you will provide technical guidance on the automation of our donor management process, providing the donor team with robust technology to effectively manage and nurture donor relationships.
