The Role
The Programmes Manager (Education) leads DTL’s schools work, owning the relationships, logistics, and outcomes that sit at the heart of our education offer. This is a delivery role with real breadth: you will manage a national programme of training events, lead on school recruitment and retention, and ensure the programme generates the evidence base that sustains its long-term funding.
You will be the main point of contact for subscribing schools, working closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships. You will represent DTL’s schools work to funders and external partners, and contribute to the strategic development of the programme over time.
While the Digital Ambassador Programme is currently grant funded for three years, DTL’s intention is for the programme to become financially self-sustaining through school subscriptions, and this role is central to achieving that. As the programme grows, so will the scope of this post and the team to support it.
This is an office based role (flexible working considered) from our Brighton office which will involve some travel.
The Digital Ambassador Programme
The Digital Ambassador Programme is DTL’s flagship schools initiative. It trains staff and student Digital Ambassadors in schools across the UK, equipping them to lead on digital safety from within - and to escalate harmful content directly via DTL’s trusted flagger network.
This model creates both a faculty lead to manage complex reports from young people and also a student lead who will be able to provide peer-to-peer support to their fellow students, ensuring that students who may not wish to report directly to the faculty will still have a reporting mechanism.
Key Responsibilities
Programme delivery
Manage all delivery phases from set up through to annual review, in line with the agreed delivery plan.
Coordinate the logistics of 6 regional hub training events per year, including venue sourcing, school invitations, materials production, and on-the-day facilitation.
Oversee the production of printed resources and ensure all school-facing materials meet DTL brand standards.
Manage the year-round ambassador network: quarterly online meetings, monthly email digests, and peer-to-peer community activity.

Lead school recruitment and retention
Manage all school relationships as point of contact from initial contact through to annual renewal.

Implement the M&E framework in partnership with DTL’s external consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced policy officer to join our successful Policy and Public Affairs team.
In this role, you will help raise the profile of physiotherapy and other allied health professionals in Westminster and support CSP’s work to influence government and civil servants. You will manage the day to day running of the secretariat for the APPG on allied health professionals working to deliver a programme of meetings, events, Inquiries and writing policy papers and reports.
A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships with parliamentarians, CSP members and especially with our member-led regional networks and country boards, which will involve frequent in-person engagement and travel. You will also contribute to CSP-wide campaigns and events, working collaboratively with colleagues in policy and communications teams.
About you
You will have first-class communication skills, be confident, self-motivated and able to work effectively across directorates. The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. The Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced foundations and / or corporate fundraiser who wants a role focused on business and relationship development. You will join an incredibly exciting team that has grown tremendously over the past 2 years. The role is responsible for a busy portfolio of existing and prospective funders (that give predominantly 7 figure grants), adopting a relational approach to fundraising. We are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has experience in working with corporate donors and building corporate engagement strategies, experience and relationships with large US foundations or knowledge of the Asian foundation and corporate space.
Job Purpose
This exciting role focuses on raising income for the Start Network and its global initiatives, including the Start Fund, Start Ready, innovation and the expansion of a locally led network. The postholder will be an experienced trusts and / or corporate fundraiser who wants a role focused on business and relationship development. They will be responsible for an exciting portfolio of existing and prospective funders (that give 6-7 figure grants), adopting a relational approach to fundraising.
You will be responsible for carrying out prospect donor mapping, growing a fundraising pipeline, building relationships with prominent foundations and corporates in the humanitarian space, writing technical proposals as required, pitching to donors well-articulated concepts, and building fundraising capacity within the organisation.
It is critical that the postholder is comfortable with developing new relations. We have grown a significant number of new donors within our Foundations and Corporates over the last few years, and we hope to continue the growth of the team in this exciting role, so proof of having grown an income stream is key.
Finally, the Partnerships Funding Advisor will sit within a team of 4 focusing on strengthening and increasing the philanthropic portfolio and will work alongside the Partnerships Engagement Officer, one other Partnerships Funding Advisor and will report to the Partnerships Manager.
