About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity to work with us as an Evidence Officer, working as part of the Strategy, Impact and Evidence team.
Sustrans’ Strategy, Impact and Evidence team is a leading centre of excellence in active travel research, monitoring and evaluation and we are recruiting now. As an Evidence Officer, you will work on a range of behaviour change and infrastructure projects, providing monitoring, evaluation, and analytical support. The Strategy, Impact and Evidence teamplays an important part in supporting our vision by providing robust evidence on sustainable and active travel that ultimately influences and shapes policy, practice and behaviour across the UK.
Focusing on monitoring and evaluating the impact of infrastructure and behaviour change programmes, you will work on a range of projects around the UK and be involved in the planning, delivery, analysis and reporting of our monitoring and evaluation work.
We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to a nearby office hub. There is minimal travel required in this role, however in the course of your work you may have to travel to one of the nominated hubs or project sites if required to do so.
About you
You should have demonstrable quantitative and/or qualitative analytical skills, and be a competent Excel user or have working knowledge of statistical software, such as R.
As an excellent communicator in both oral and written forms, you will have with the ability to present data and findings clearly. You should also have the capability to find innovative and creative solutions to problems.
You will own some experience of project management as well as delivery of project monitoring and evaluation. You should also have some experience of working and communicating with suppliers, partners and/or clients.

In the role of Carer Information Officer, you'll be instrumental in researching, scoping and working closely with our Communications & Marketing team in developing our creation of information resources, alongside our skilled staff team to ensure that the information is accurate, relevant and well presented. You will create high quality information content suited to a variety of channels including (but not exclusively) e-learning platforms, web, video, and print.
Through the work of this role, we will increase carer awareness to enable us to reach and support more carers, provide easy access to information and advice, enable better navigation of services by carers, and help carers feel better connected and that their voices are heard through the content we produce. Carers will be better able to find information digitally at a time that works for them.

This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional travel to in-person meetings and activities, which may include some weekend engagements.

- Research and Content Development: Identify and evaluate reliable sources of information to develop accurate and accessible content that provides a wide range of information and guidance for carers.
- Collaboration: Work with carer service teams and external partners to ensure information is current and relevant. Work with Marcomms and HR (training) to co-produce high-quality, information resources in engaging and accessible formats.

- Digital Presentation: Embrace digital innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, to co-create accessible digital resources tailored to the needs of unpaid carers. Managed by the Marketing and Communications Manager, the role is responsible for planning and building powerful marketing emails and newsletters in Dotdigital, creating digital assets, running social media content, running paid campaigns, and providing performance reports and insights. The role also includes updating website content, advising on SEO and user experience, and using analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Main responsibilities

Our mission is to provide mental health support available to everyone, everywhere. Tellmi is a multi-award winning fully moderated, anonymous, mental health service predominantly for young people aged 11-25. The Tellmi app safely enables young people to talk about difficult things and encourages them to help themselves, by helping each other. Beneath an engaging anonymous peer to peer feed, Tellmi integrates the latest psychological research to promote the development of protective factors such as emotional resilience, empathy, social skills, stress management and coping techniques. Tellmi is commissioned by the NHS and Local Authorities across the UK and works closely with schools, CAMHS and VCSFEs.
The Tellmi app is free to download with premium features in commissioned areas. The app is available 365 days a year, 24/7 and our moderators, counsellors and therapists are available from 8:30am until 11pm everyday.
YOUR ROLE
Your role is to ensure the operation of the Tellmi Mental Health Service is safe and effective for all users. This role encompasses direct support for our users via the Tellmi app as well as behind the scenes management of operations. You will be one of the counsellors on call to respond to high risk posts during daytime working hours. You will manage the human element of our digital service including the users, moderators, counsellors, therapists and volunteers. You will take a keen interest in the wellbeing of our users and through curiosity and compassion ensure that they receive the best support that we can provide. You will succeed in this role if have experience of counselling, youth or social work and you are a good communicator who is able to win the trust of your team through compassionate accountability.
As Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will take primary responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Tellmi. You will act as a point of contact for staff and volunteers, providing advice and support on child welfare and protection matters relating to our users. You will manage safeguarding concerns, liaise with external agencies especially in commissioned areas and ensure the company’s safeguarding policies are up-to-date and effective. Although an important responsibility the DSL element is a relatively small part of the overall role.
You will report directly to the Co-CEOs. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, totally reliable and is eager to take the initiative to help us continually improve the service. We will expect you to enjoy learning and actively pursue continual professional development to ensure that you are fully up to date with the latest policies, regulations and guidance related to your role. You will be expected to share in the on-call remote support of moderators, counsellors and therapists in the evenings and weekends.

Moderation, counselling and supervision (15%)

About this role
Justlife are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Community Support Worker in Brighton to join the Changing Futures Team within Brighton & Hove City Council. The post will be co-ordinated between Justlife and Homes & Adult Social Care, working with clients who would benefit from specialist tailored support.
You will work alongside Social Workers, a Domestic Violence and Abuse Worker, a Recovery Coordinator, Homeless Prevention Officers, as well as Peer Support Workers with lived experience. The teams is part of the wider Changing Futures Sussex Systems Change priority is to identify blocks and barriers in the system, recognising best practice and flexible working to overcome the challenges facing people with multiple disadvantage.
Multiple disadvantage or multiple complex needs is defined by the national Changing Futures Programme as people who experience three or more of: homelessness, current or historical offending, substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental ill health.

Role Summary
The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to influence clients with varying degrees of mental health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and other agencies across the city. This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments; assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health or substance addiction needs, as well as advocating or them to get access to source housing and social security benefits. Working collaboratively with our partners within the Changing Futures Multi-Disciplinary team, the role is dependent on good communication and joint working with a variety of partners and professionals.
The role requires a high degree of motivation to support clients with multiple disadvantage, often in a lone-working situation. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our clients and with some experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity.
A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support clients, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse, crime and low self-worth. A role of this nature will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such requires a high degree of resilience to cope with the emotional demands of the role.
Making decisions “in the moment” to do the right thing to mitigate risk with clients can place high emotional demands on the job holder. The role is highly reactive, unpredictable and at times, chaotic. The role therefore requires a high degree of self-awareness to one’s own resilience levels and exercising appropriate levels of self-care.

Job Description
Service Delivery
Using frontline practical and procedural knowledge of working with complex clients to support them to engage with health care services during their housing vulnerability. This could include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting them in addressing housing, financial, health or wellbeing need
- Accompanying them to appointments
- Collaborating with agencies within the Changing Futures partner agencies such as the local authority, primary health care housing providers and substance misuse services.
- Advocating on behalf of the service user to access medical care, housing and benefits.
- Maintaining regular contact, a listening ear and emotional support during times of crisis
- Helping increase their self-confidence and self-efficacy to improve their chances of moving on from homelessness
- Manage own calendar to deliver a caseload during periods of work-related pressure, including actively pursuing the project outcomes set for the project and individual clients.

Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and values-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. This is a pivotal role, providing core operational and logistical support, enabling Iswe to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and impactful Civic Assembly as part of the Global Citizens’ Assembly.

About the PVRI
We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) - a serious condition that can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting, and light-headedness. One day, you might be writing content for our website and social media channels, and the next, you might be welcoming respected speakers and attendees from over 30 countries to our scientific webinar.

PSPA is the only national charity offering support and information to people living with the rare, incurable, degenerative brain diseases called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). Our purpose is to create a better future for everyone affected by PSP and CBD. We provide much needed support to people and their families living with these devastating neurological conditions. We also invest in research to deepen our understanding of the conditions with the goal of reducing the time to accurate diagnosis and discovering treatments and an eventual cure. Since 2024 we have increased our investment in awareness raising of these relatively unknown diseases.
Since the charity was formed 31 years ago, we have made significant progress in raising awareness and supporting people living with these devastating neurological conditions. Research estimates there are 10,000 people living with PSP and CBD in the UK. - A professional qualification, bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant discipline covering quantitative and qualitative research methods, experimental and non-experimental evaluation approaches and/or value for money assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with different audiences.
- Experience of designing tenders, commissioning evaluations and of managing external research/evaluation consultants.
- Experience of ethical frameworks for research and conducting data protection impact assessments
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, often with competing priorities, to gain agreement.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of standards and best practice for evaluation, including the Magenta Book and Government Functional Standard for Analysis.
- Knowledge of the voluntary and community sector and the funding landscape, and a passion for working in this area.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, learning about new approaches to evaluation and sharing this knowledge with others

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a large portfolio of high-value relationships with external running, swimming, cycling, triathlon and obstacle course event organisers. Working with the Product Manager you'll be maximising income from these partnerships, overseeing the recruitment of participants to ensure all places are filled and working with Marketing to optimise participants' supporter journeys. Within this role, you'll also be responsible for looking for business development opportunities that support both the team and Cancer Research UK's goals.
What will I be doing?
Working with the Product Manager to account manage and develop various high-value relationships with 3rd party event partners across the portfolio ensuring that we hit our income goals by achieving participation targets
Pitching externally for new or renewal business, including completing applications and/or meeting event organisers in person
Building networks with event organisers and key partners within the Sports sector
Building knowledge, relationships and stewarding key internal relationships to maximise the value we get out of our partnerships
Responsible for creating and managing Sports Team web pages and social media pages and producing innovative and bespoke content that is user friendly across all devices and that drives engagement and participation
Attending on-the-day of events to steward key participants and event partners
Working with our Event Delivery on key events to plan on-the-day activity and activations
Taking responsibility for ensuring targets (participation and financial) are fulfilled for your accounts, working with event organisers to improve performance as needed
Supporting in the delivery of the whole Events Portfolio when required.
What skills are we looking for?
Significant experience managing relationships with external stakeholders

The role
The Assistant Content and Engagement Officer plays a vital role in supporting the RCSLT by assisting with the production of top-quality content, tailored resources and information across print and digital channels.
In this role, you’ll use your strong editorial and organisational skills to help produce our award-winning members’ magazine, Bulletin, as well as other member communications, such as our fortnightly e-newsletter and our online blog, SLT Voices. You will manage our magazine peer review group and collaborate with internal experts. You’ll also contribute to supporting the wider content team and colleagues across the RCSLT with your expertise in content, editorial processes and brand guidelines.
You’ll take the lead in coordinating production workflows and providing essential editorial support to a small creative team. Your attention to detail and excellent writing skills will be key when proofreading, editing or creating content, whether for print, social media, our website, or communications campaigns. Above all, you’ll help ensure our content is consistently high quality, engaging and valuable to our members.
Location: Office-based (with hybrid working) or remote.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative communications professional with strong editorial skills and a commitment to high standards and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have experience using editorial style guides and brand guidelines, writing and editing content for diverse audiences, and managing processes to meet deadlines. You will have experience working in member organisations and be comfortable collaborating with people from a range of backgrounds, including service users.
Key skills include editorial precision, the ability to prioritise under pressure and a willingness to learn and use tools like CMS, CRM and task management systems. Understanding the communication needs of a membership organisation and accessibility principles in both print and online formats is desirable.
