About the role
The Communication & Outreach Volunteer will work closely with the Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (CMEL), assisting in a variety of outreach and communication tasks. This new role will support the communication of the impact of IRMO’s work externally and, crucially, spend time in the community promoting our services directly.
By supporting this area of our work, you will play a key role in promoting our services, projects and activities to the Latin American community both in-person through outreach activities such as flyering and attending events, and online through the creation of social media posts.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their communication, design or promotional skills and professional experience. They will also be able to use their language, creative and interpersonal skills in a positive and impactful way.
This role is particularly suited to someone who wants to volunteer with IRMO but wants the flexibility to complete their volunteering tasks on a schedule that best suits their availability and enjoys a flexible working environment. The post-holder will be expected to travel to community hubs regularly, but will also be able to complete tasks at IRMO’s offices or remotely.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Personally distributing flyers, posters and informative material to key community hubs such as libraries, shops, cafés and churches
Support with the creation, translation and dissemination of informative material, such as social media posts, videos and printed leaflets
Create visuals, flyers, posters and other materials using online tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Occasionally accompany the CMEL officer to events or activities to take photos and videos, which can be used online
Assisting the CMEL officer in actively promoting activities, services and events through different channels
We are looking for someone who is/has:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese and good written English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience or interest in using creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership operates in the borough of Watford and Three Rivers district, providing support to refugees and others without status in the UK. The partnership has a full-time caseworker and two part-time support staff in addition to around 80 volunteers. It currently serves around 350 families and individuals.
The charity provides:
· A weekly drop-in session – currently Tuesdays 11:00-13:30 – for existing and new clients to see us
· Casework supporting applications for leave to remain and related issues
· A weekly social hub – concurrent with the drop-in – for any client to join us for company and activities
· Education for our clients, mainly in the English language but including help with literacy and numeracy.
The operations manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the charity, reporting to the committee and trustees, ensuring the organisation runs efficiently and resources are used effectively to achieve its mission. They will provide a line management and mentoring role for the case worker and office administrator. The successful candidate would have had managerial experience, possibly in the charity, education, healthcare or related sectors. The role is a part time one – expected to average 2 days per week, and likely to suit someone retired from employment.
Specific roles for the operations manager are:
· Support of communication within the charity
· Supervision of the weekly (currently Tuesday, 11:00am-1:30pm) welcome desk, drop-in, social hub and casework operation
· Line management of our full-time caseworker and part-time office manager

We’re looking for a volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager who can help us put the right people, processes, and vibes in place ahead of our launch. You’ll be the heartbeat of our growing team — supporting recruitment, onboarding, volunteer experience, and the foundations of a positive, youth‑centred culture.

Dacorum Heritage is seeking a committed and people-focused Trustee to join its Board of Trustees and help shape the future of a charitable museum dedicated to preserving and sharing local heritage.
You will play a key role in supporting the people who make the Dacorum Heritage’s work possible. You will help ensure volunteers and staff feel valued, heard and well supported, while contributing to the Board’s wider responsibility for good governance, financial oversight and strategic direction.
This is an opportunity to bring your experience, judgement and enthusiasm to a small charity with an important community purpose. Working collectively with fellow Trustees, you will help ensure Dacorum Heritage remains legally compliant, financially sustainable and focused on delivering its charitable objects for current and future beneficiaries.
Purpose of the Role
· Help create a positive, inclusive and well-supported environment for Dacorum Heritage’s volunteers and staff;
· Provide Board-level oversight of volunteer engagement, staff and director recruitment, and relevant HR matters.
What You Will Do
· Work with the Museum Manager to identify volunteer and staff needs, and support best practice in recruitment, induction and retention;
· Support the development of and attend informal volunteer coffee mornings and other social events in person where possible helping volunteers and staff to feel included, informed and valued;
· Develop clear routes for volunteers to share feedback, ideas and concerns;
· Oversee recruitment, interviews and appointments for the museum manager and trustees if required;
· Act as a trusted link between the Board, employees and volunteers;
· Support proportionate, effective HR and volunteer policies aligned with Dacorum Heritage’s strategic plans;
· Contribute actively and constructively to Board discussion, challenge and decision-making;
· Share collective responsibility for good governance, risk management and strategic direction; and
· Represent Dacorum Heritage positively and help build strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider community.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship driven Volunteer Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, approach, and onboard affiliate partners, collaborators, agents, and other supporters who can help expand the reach of the platform.
This role focuses on building a strong network of individuals and organisations who can introduce creators, promote campaigns, or otherwise support the growth of Influential Stars.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential affiliate partners, collaborators, agents, and networks
Introduce individuals and organisations to the platform and explain how they can get involved
Support onboarding of new collaborators and affiliates
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and introducers
Encourage ongoing engagement and participation
Maintain regular communication to nurture long term partnerships
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding
Provide clear information about roles, expectations, and opportunities
Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships using our CRM management system
Represent the organisation professionally in all communications
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
Experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, or relationship building
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Confidence communicating by phone, email, and online platforms
Strong networking ability and proactive approach
Strong IT skills, including confident use of computer databases and standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel)
Experience using a CRM or similar database system
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple contacts
Professional, reliable, and personable manner
Desirable:
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
Experience in affiliate programmes, partnerships, or community building
Experience working remotely within a team
Interest in charitable or social impact work
Based in London or Hertfordshire for occasional in person meetings (not essential)
Working Arrangement
Fully remote position
Flexible working hours depending on organisational needs
No travel required. However, if you choose to meet with partners in person, reasonable travel costs will be covered where possible
