The Role
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship driven Volunteer Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, approach, and onboard affiliate partners, collaborators, agents, and other supporters who can help expand the reach of the platform.
This role focuses on building a strong network of individuals and organisations who can introduce creators, promote campaigns, or otherwise support the growth of Influential Stars.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential affiliate partners, collaborators, agents, and networks

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised and supportive Volunteer Campaign, Creator and Activity Support Manager to oversee new registrations, support Creators from onboarding through to campaign completion, upload new experiences to the platform and assist with live campaigns.
This role focuses on ensuring new Creators and Collaborators receive a smooth, welcoming and professional experience, that experiences are accurately uploaded and maintained, and that live campaigns receive the support needed to run successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new Creator and Collaborator registrations from initial application through to onboarding and next steps
Review registration information, follow up where anything is missing and ensure records are kept up to date in the CRM
Guide new Creators and Collaborators through the registration and onboarding process, including selecting their cause, campaign and experience where appropriate
Arrange, support and conduct introductory or campaign setup calls where appropriate.
Upload new experiences to the Influential Stars platform, ensuring descriptions, pricing, links, images and key details are accurate
Regularly review live experiences and update or remove listings where pricing, availability or exclusions have changed
Send approved welcome emails, registration communications and onboarding information using existing templates
Arrange and support introductory or campaign setup calls where appropriate
Monitor and support all live campaigns on the platform
Liaise with creators throughout the live campaign period to provide encouragement, guidance, and practical support
Schedule, diarise, and send campaign communications using approved templates
Coordinate with internal team members when campaigns go live
Provide reminders, tips, and prompts to help creators maximise engagement
Respond to creator enquiries and provide assistance as needed
Conduct support calls where appropriate
Maintain accurate records of communications and campaign progress using our CRM management system
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner

About Circular Kitchens
Circular Kitchens is a social enterprise and membership platform designed to help restaurants, cafés, pubs, food stalls, and other catering businesses become fully circular: Plastic Free, Ecological, Local, and Zero Waste.
By working with the hospitality sector, we are helping regenerate local communities, strengthen regional food systems, and increase demand for ecological and regenerative agriculture in the UK. Role Description
Circular Kitchens is seeking a volunteer to support our early-stage software platform development, with a focus on how we manage restaurant resources, pledges, and audits using Coda. We are already working with a highly-skilled volunteer who has developed a strong plan of action and who will serve as a project manager and mentor.
This role will include working with tools such as Coda, Softr, and Mailchimp to set up automations, clean up data, and brainstorm on future platform improvements. This work supports the early foundations of a scalable platform designed to support hundreds of Circular Kitchens members over time. When someone reaches out to us, often in a moment of crisis, our administration support volunteers are one of the first voices they hear. You make sure that voice is calm, kind, and helpful.
You support people in a housing crisis, as well as offering assistance and information to supporters, volunteers, and members of the public who get in touch by phone, email, or in person. Working alongside our trained staff, you’ll help answer calls to our support line and keep things running smoothly across our office and support centre.
A big part of this role is helping the office runs smoothly day to day. That means getting involved in a wide variety of tasks, from supporting our databases and keeping records up to date, to helping with general admin, organising information, and making sure everything is where it needs to be so the staff and volunteer team can focus on supporting people. Position Overview:
An exciting and unique internship opportunity to work closely with SEED Madagascar's operations team in a respected UK international development charity; this position has strong vocational content for anyone looking to break into the international development sector, with future possibilities of progression into roles in SEED.
The postholder will gain experience in international development and gain understanding and skills across a wide range of duties associated with organising international staff and volunteer training, formatting and maintaining policy and procedure documentation, supporting recruitment and job postings, and volunteer programme marketing.
The internship spans a minimum of six months and is a remote role. The diversity of activities that will be undertaken provides training for an early-career development professional who can effectively and efficiently deal with a comprehensive range of tasks related to the complex world of overseas development work.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the operations team by organising training for incoming international staff, including scheduling induction and training sessions, maintaining accurate training records, and occasionally preparing and updating materials and resources.

Will you share your counselling or psychotherapy skills as a counsellor or therapist to join an online counselling service for patients and families affected by a chronic pain condition (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome)?
We're looking for 3 qualified counsellors, psychotherapists or psychologists volunteers ideally with some experience of working with chronic pain patients or lived experience of chronic illness, who may want to volunteer their skills supporting our adult service users (aged 18 & over) and help us to continue developing a mental health support service.
As a Volunteer Counsellor/Therapist you’ll be providing remote counselling/therapy support services to adults aged 18 and over many of whom are isolated and in need of mental health services. You’ll be providing one-to-one counselling/therapy sessions online via Zoom or by phone. With your recognised counselling qualifications and experience you will be an asset to our small charity and to our services users.
Depending on your qualifications, skills and experience, our volunteer counsellors / therapists provide person centred counselling (general talking counselling) or integrative counselling, or specialist services such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ACT, CFT and EMDR for CRPS patients, or their families & close relatives.
People will be referred both by health or legal professionals as well as having patients and carers themselves referring into to the service.
In this role you’ll be able to develop your counselling and therapy skills, organisation, communication and team working skills.
Most importantly you’ll be providing essential services that help make sure no one has to face CRPS alone. Be the hope for CRPS.
What the role involves
This role may vary depending on needs, but is likely to include:
Undertake client assessments following triage by Clinical Lead, followed by counselling / therapy (via Zoom or phone) to our clients, offering up to 20 sessions for each client plus a check in and 4 psychometric assessments
Providing one-to-one counselling sessions to clients aged 18 & over
Update our database with the client’s information, sessional notes and session attendance
Maintain succinct, relevant session notes and store these confidentially and securely in acccordahce with GDPR
Attend CPD training to ensure your knowledge stays current
We can support you to develop the skills you need for this role, including a full induction. You will have a chance to discuss your role and any additional needs with us. We can offer you a supervisor as well as expenses for annual insurance and an external supervisor if required.
What you need for this role
Essential
Willing and able to provide counselling via Zoom from a private location with a stable WiFi connection
Able to support a minimum of 3 clients a week, being three hours of your time for therapy sessions plus time for administration and attending group supervision for 1.5 hours a month. We ideally hope you to offer the charity a minimum commitment of six months.
Desirable
Once we’ve assessed your application, you may be invited for interview. If you are successful, we will arrange for you to have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service DBS or Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.

What You’ll Do
Help promote Age UK Enfield’s work by creating engaging content for social media and supporting our communications. You’ll help us reach more older people, volunteers, and supporters through creative, informative posts and storytelling.
You will:

· Take photos or short videos at events
· Assist with newsletters, leaflets, and other communications
· Share insights or analytics to help improve our reach

Administration Assistant
What You’ll Do
Support the Age UK Enfield team with general admin tasks that help our services run smoothly. You’ll help with email communication, data entry, and other simple office duties.
You will:
· Help respond to and send emails from shared inboxes (with support and supervision)
· Input volunteer, client, or service data into our CRM system (training provided)
· Update spreadsheets, mailing lists or booking systems
· Support with printing, scanning or filing where needed
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling information

· Basic IT and email skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)
· Attention to detail and a methodical approach
· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a survivor-led podcast, YouTube channel, and healing membership organisation. We provide a platform for survivors and whistleblowers to share lived experiences, expose systemic issues, and promote solutions rooted in culturally trauma-informed care.

Job Purpose
To design and build the digital management systems that will serve as the operational backbone of the IFA Retreat, enabling effective management of procurement, inventory, staffing, suppliers, budgets, projects, maintenance, and reporting through a centralised platform.
About the Role
As a Volunteer Business Systems Developer, you will design and implement the retreat's management infrastructure using platforms such as Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Odoo, or similar database solutions.
Working alongside the Operations and Procurement Consultants, you will translate operational requirements into practical digital systems that support the retreat from development through to full operation.
