The Role
This is a management position, known internally as Head of Therapeutic Services, with both strategic and clinical responsibility. As Therapeutic Services Manager, you will drive and develop our therapeutic offer, ensuring that our young people receive high-quality, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care. The Grantmaking Operations team sits within FGHR’s Operations department and is primarily focused on

Grantmaking
• Manage due diligence and enhanced grantmaking protocols for a complex and high-volume

Role Description
The Operations and Finance Manager will play a central role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the Foundation.
