You will join a team of 14 professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the field of clinical services. The Ealing Safe Evolve team offers opportunities to develop practice in a culture of clinical excellence. The service delivers brief evidence-based individual and group interventions to address moderate wellbeing needs largely using CBT-based treatment, trauma informed and Mentalization approaches.
The Wellbeing Practitioner role will suit individuals with skills and experience of working directly in schools/community settings and who are passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based intervention on a time-limited basis to young people and their families.

What you’ll do
As a Wellbeing Practitioner you will work in partnership with schools, children and families to assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health or behavioural difficulties through undertaking assessments and providing interventions. You will also contribute to workshops, support to school staff in the identification of mental health needs of children and accessing appropriate resources; and actively contribute to outcome monitoring and service improvement. You will build relationships with peer/senior members of staff, service users, partners, other services, schools, commissioners, as well as other external agencies with families being the main point of contact. You will also deliver consultation, training, and workshop to non-mental health staff, such as teachers and social workers with other clinicians in the service.
What you’ll bring
You will hold a recognised qualification and experience of working therapeutically in a core profession of Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Family Therapy or other recognised background in child and adolescent mental health.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience of working therapeutically, implementing interventions and using routine outcome measures in therapy with children and you people in community or school settings including Looked After Children and young people;
- Experience of working cross-culturally as well as thinking about cultural issues in relation to clinical practice;
- Experience of maintaining appropriate records and have good awareness of confidentiality and current childcare and safeguarding legislation, policy and practice;
- Ability to form good working relationships in a multi-disciplinary setting and work independently where necessary;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about complex issues both verbally and in writing with different stakeholders;
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines;
- Commitment to engage with and use clinical supervision and line management supervision.

Key details
Hours: full-time (35 hours per week).
Salary: £31,200 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working); working onsite for at least 20% of working hours at Ealing Community sites (Greenford Service Centre, Oldfield Lane South, Greenford UB6 9LB) and occasionally at Anna Freud (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). There will also be some remote working.
Contract type: fixed-term, 12 months (maternity cover).

The role would best suit:
- A senior income generation leader, with broad multi-stream experience and a proven track record of strategically driving growth and diversification of fundraised income.

About the role
The Campaigns Officer is a fast-paced and exciting role. It leads and contributes to a variety of projects to deliver our campaigns, equip and inspire our core audience to get involved in activism, and build power in the movements for justice of which Christian Aid is part
The postholder will help develop a range of strategies, tactics and activities to help deliver our campaigning work. They will create resources and marketing content, develop and lead workshops and much, much more.
The role reports to the Campaigns Advisor and works closely with colleagues across our Income and Public Engagement team to engage Christians to give, act, pray in support of Christian Aid. The role will also work closely with our UK influencing team to ensure our actions and tactics contribute to making impact.
About you
You will be passionate about tackling poverty, making change happen and building the agency of others to campaign.
You will be comfortable taking on responsibility for delivering projects and outputs within agreed parameters and able to scope and shape projects as required - as such you will have proven project management skills and ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will have knowledge and experience of winning campaigns, mobilising a wide range of people and applying different campaign methodologies

The Exempt Accommodation Support Service is an expanding project based at our main hub in Digbeth but providing outreach support across a number of locations in the city. We are looking for exempt accommodation workers to provide flexible, person-centred support to people aged 18 years plus who are homeless, have a history of homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless and who may have a history of substance misuse. It will primarily be supporting people living in exempt accommodation who have support needs relating to addiction and who are in active treatment or contemplating treatment.
The aims of this service are to provide additional support to improve access and sustainment of suitable accommodation for people engaging in structured drug and alcohol treatment, to reduce the scale of unmet housing need for this group of clients and to build evidence of housing-related need and effective interventions. The service will provide a range of practical support around finances, health and wellbeing, access to volunteering or training opportunities and integration into local communities as well as supporting continued engagement with treatment and tenancy sustainment.

About the role

About the Role
The Speech and Language Therapist at the Education Hub will provide specialist assessment, intervention and support for children and young people affected by the Grenfell Tragedy. About the Organisation
The Grenfell 'Education Hub' opened last year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub provides a safe, restorative and relational education support to children and young people, their families and local schools.
A consultation process in 2023 and 2024 about the needs of the community and the bereaved and survivors led to proposals for an educational ‘hub’. This role, open to female applicants only under Section 7(2) (b & e) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, involves delivering advocacy and intensive support services to all genders and non-binary survivors of domestic abuse, particularly those experiencing harmful practices. The post holder will work across hospital, healthcare, and community settings, acting as a single point of access for survivors at all risk levels. Key responsibilities include conducting DASH risk assessments, developing individual safety and support plans, providing crisis intervention, and ensuring high-risk survivors are represented through the MARAC process. The role also requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals, supporting them in managing disclosures, and ensuring survivors are connected to legal, housing, and welfare support as needed.
The advocate will play a vital role in improving outcomes for survivors, aiming to increase their safety, confidence, and quality of life. They will develop and review person-centred support plans, make safeguarding referrals, and attend relevant forums and committees. Accurate case recording, participation in supervision and training, and engagement in service co-production with survivors are essential components of the role. DESIRABLE
Proven experience providing high-quality executive support in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Experience supporting Board and Committee processes, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Familiarity with governance requirements and best practice in a charity or non-profit context.
Experience supporting a CEO, senior executive, or Board in a charity, foundation, or mission-led organisation.
Experience working in a small or growing organisation, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve.
Experience using Google Workspace and CRM tools.
