Digital Change Manager 

• Reporting to: Digital Transformation Lead

Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience of project working in a digital environment, particularly within website and CRM implementation. 

Background – our digital transformation 

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website. 

• Progress opportunities to increase our digital capability and integrate digital into our current and upcoming work. 

• Utilise the digital performance assessment framework to monitor compliance with digital and data best practice standards. 

• Assist in maintaining our data security standards compliance, participating in quality assurance activities. 

• Work collaboratively with our external digital and IT partners. 

Essential Criteria 

• Significant experience of website and CRM implementation and data/content management. 

• Good general knowledge and experience of organisational IT systems, including cloud and M365 applications. 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to convey complex or technical information simply and clearly. 

• Experience of IT/Digital supplier engagement. Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience of working in a digital project/change environment. 

• Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to changing circumstances and to tight timetables 

Desirable criteria 

• Experience of working in an organisation which uses agile development methodologies. 

• A strong understanding of the National Cyber Security Centre principles and approach and General Data Protection regulations principles, audit and compliance. 

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in  people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.

ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.

We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful - research that will help shape advocacy, awareness and understanding for people living with inflammatory arthritis around the world.

The Role

Your time will be split approximately:

• 70–80% supporting an ambitious international research project·
• 20–30% supporting ASIF’s wider operations

You will work closely with our Project Manager, international member organisations and scientific partners to support all stages of the study, from set-up and ethics submissions through to recruitment, reporting and sharing findings globally.

Alongside this, you’ll help with events, communications and general organisational support, because in a small team, we all contribute where needed.

You should have significant experience in individual client work in the field of addictions, mental health or a social care setting with adults or young people. You should be flexible in using a range of low and high-intensity interventions and modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools.

You will be expected to be able to work from home thereby having the space for a confidential setting whilst also being able to travel within the region to attend events and offer localised in person support as required.

Gambling Harm UK is recruiting two Regional Public Health Systems Change Leads to support the development and embedding of a public health approach to gambling harm prevention and early intervention across England.

This is a strategic, system facing role rather than a frontline delivery post. You will work with health, social care and wider public sector partners to influence how systems recognise, prioritise and respond to gambling related harms. The role focuses on partnership development, facilitation and implementation support, helping partners adopt evidence-based guidance, reduce stigma and shame, and embed sustainable system responses.

You will act as a regional lead for programme delivery, supporting place-based implementation and contributing to national learning.

Location: Home based with national travel across England

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Integrated Care Boards, primary care, NHS providers, local authorities, Healthwatch organisations and voluntary sector partners. 
• Support the adoption and implementation of NICE guidance on gambling related harms within local systems
• Facilitate cross sector partnership working to strengthen prevention, early identification and safeguarding responses. 
• Use strong networking, influencing and facilitation skills to bring partners together around shared priorities

About the role 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the Frontline Improvement Project, ensuring it meets organisational priorities and delivers measurable, sustainable change. You will provide structured project leadership, maintain accountability for progress, and coordinate cross‑functional activity to keep the project on track in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in planning, developing, testing, and implementing all elements of the Frontline Improvement Project.
• Coordinate the project by establishing clear structures, plans, and processes that enable effective collaboration across departments.
• Lead designated workstreams and maintain strong communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reporting in line with PMO and governance standards, outlining progress, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to develop, monitor, and track project objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct operational and financial analysis to ensure efficient project delivery and recommend improvements where needed.
• Ensure high‑quality engagement, training, compliance, and budget management throughout all project activities.

This is a full‑time position working 35 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Proven track record of delivering business change initiatives while effectively managing multiple workstreams.
• Comprehensive understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the capability to apply the most suitable approach to meet project objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams or departments to drive shared outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills, with experience in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, risks, and dependencies.

About you  

In this role you will support the front-line improvement project by analysing business processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities and helping stakeholders define needs & priorities.

• Work closely with hospital teams and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of changes, identifying solutions and opportunities for scaling.
• Produce and maintain data‑driven reports, dashboards and KPI tracking to inform decision‑making.
• Create and update clear documentation, including SOPs and process guides.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess systems for integration or improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with PDSA policies while supporting prioritisation of front‑line improvement work.

We’re seeking someone with: 

• Demonstrated experience applying business analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Strong background in creating comprehensive process documentation and developing robust business cases.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead co‑creation workshops and collaborative activities.
• The confidence to interpret data and insights and convert them into practical, outcome-focused solutions.
• Experience working closely with front‑line teams in operational, healthcare, social care, or veterinary settings is beneficial, though not essential.
• A Business Analysis qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

White Ribbon is the leading organisation in the UK working to engage men and boys in ending violence against women and girls. Our mission is to prevent men’s violence against women through addressing its root causes, gender inequality and harmful gender norms and stereotypes. Location: This post is remote or hybrid working at our offices in Hebden Bridge, but you must be willing and able to travel to meet with colleagues, including a quarterly full staff meeting at Hebden Bridge.  This post requires travel to attend events and meetings throughout England and Wales.

You will work closely with the Campaigns and Policy Manager, take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, from Parliamentarians to Ambassadors and Champions, our grassroots changemakers. You will help shape and implement impactful campaigns that align with our strategic aims, engage men and boys as allies, and drive forward our ambition to transform the cultures that underpin gender-based violence and will be helping to deliver our flagship campaign White Ribbon Day and the following 16 days of activism.

Communications Officer - Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs

The Communications Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering communications for the Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs project. The Communications Officer will create and deliver the annual communications plan, working closely with partners to promote activities and events, write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across various channels, including the website, social media, press, and print and online marketing materials. They will work with external suppliers to build and launch a new website, and plan and implement communications and marketing campaigns, while progressively improving organisational understanding of what works for different audiences. They will also look to maximise opportunities to promote NLHF’s funding and the support from National Lottery players.

The Role:
• Field enquiries from all stakeholders including journalists, politicians, partners and the general public including management of the Lost Woods email inbox.
• Create and distribute press releases and statements as needed.
• Work with partners to plan, create, manage and update communications channels including website, social media accounts, email, press etc.
• Plan and create multi-media communications materials and campaigns including films to support projects.
• Working with partners and designers, produce, edit and distribute updates and materials for external and internal audiences.
• Provide communications support for project partners and campaigns.
• Work with partners to promote and showcase project activities and events.
• Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications projects and report on progress.
• Ensure National Lottery Heritage Fund /National Lottery Player support is promoted through project communications and report on results.
• Ensure consistent branding is used by all partners.
• Work with partners to develop positive relationships to successfully manage project-wide communications.
• Act as a brand champion for Lost Woods amongst internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Support with project legacy opportunities, resources and distribution of assets.

The Candidate:
• Excellent digital skills, including managing social media and website pages and experience of content management systems.
• Proven ability to plan, write and edit copy for different audiences.
• Experience working with external suppliers such as designers, film makers and web developers.
• Able to work remotely, independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Able to work collaboratively across multiple internal and external teams.
• Experience working on previous partnership projects.
• Experience of handling media enquiries and generating regional press coverage.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills including excellent attention to detail and effective time management.
• Excellent proof reading, copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse workload; being able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience working in the not-for-profit and/or environment/conservation/heritage sectors.
• Live within the Lost Woods project area or nearby in Sussex.
• A full driving licence and ability to undertake travel across the project area to undertake site visits and meetings.
