About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Education Programme Manager & Workshop Facilitator to join our Children and Young People team and play a leading role in delivering one of our exciting new financial education partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Money Charity at a time of growth and help shape a brand-new programme that will reach thousands of primary-aged children across the UK. Working in partnership with one of the UK's leading financial services organisations, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the programme develops, helping to create an engaging and impactful experience for both schools and corporate volunteers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with children. At the heart of the role is delivering engaging, inspiring and interactive financial education workshops to primary-aged pupils. The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal part in advancing Off The Records (OTR) fundraising and marketing strategies. As OTR continues to grow, this position will be instrumental in expanding our online presence and ensuring we connect with a broad audience, including young people, families, professionals, and supporters of our mission. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is both creative and analytical, skilled in producing compelling content and using data to amplify digital impact. Role Purpose
Creates and produces distinctive visual content for Trussell, including photography, film, animation and short-form social content. Brings ideas from concept through filming, editing and delivery, helping supporters, partners and donors connect with our work and take action. This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work. As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes - together contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

· Create visual content
Creates, captures and edits high-quality photography, film, animation and short-form content that showcases Trussell and our food bank community. Takes ideas from brief through filming, edit and delivery, while commissioning specialist support where needed.
· Develop creative ideas and formats
Develops original visual ideas, compelling narratives and repeatable content formats for social media, web and supporter communications. Spots opportunities to make content more engaging, emotionally resonant and relevant for target audiences.
· Shape quality and bring the brand to life
Shapes edits and final assets with a strong visual eye, applying Trussell’s brand, tone, accessibility and channel needs. Balances consistency with fresh, audience-focused approaches that help content stand out.
· Lead creative projects and commissioning
Leads creative projects in house and with external suppliers, from concept, brief and storyboard through production, edit and delivery. Manages production schedules, budgets and approvals while protecting the quality and ambition of the creative work

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Digital Channels Analytics Manager to join WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll lead our digital channel analytics capability across web, email, social and paid media, helping teams understand what is working, where we can improve and how digital activity supports supporter experience, engagement and meaningful action.
You’ll act as the organisational expert for digital channel analytics, providing the insight, standards and expertise needed to inform decisions across fundraising, communications and digital activity. You’ll help ensure our digital data is robust, compliant and actionable, and that insight is used consistently to improve performance, planning and evaluation.
You’ll own and develop our digital analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite and native social analytics tools. You’ll also support consistent campaign tracking, clear governance and accessible reporting across our digital estate.
This role will involve providing high-quality insight across web, email, social and paid media, including social listening, sentiment analysis, paid media attribution, A/B testing and conversion optimisation. You’ll work closely with teams and agencies to ensure tracking is set up effectively, learning is captured and insight is translated into practical recommendations.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting compliance, including cookie banner management and alignment with GDPR, ePrivacy and ICO guidance.
