London Transport Museum is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Corporate Development Manager to play a pivotal role in growing corporate income and securing strategic partnerships that support the Museum’s charitable objectives and long-term ambitions, including the delivery of the LTM50 capital fundraising campaign which will transform the Museum by its 50th birthday in 2030.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will help lead the development and delivery of the Museum’s corporate fundraising strategy, driving growth across Corporate Membership, sponsorship, corporate partnerships, the Interchange thought leadership programme, corporate events, volunteering partnerships and corporate philanthropy.
You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and securing new corporate supporters, managing existing relationships, delivering stewardship programmes and increasing multi-year funding commitments. Office management and administration

In addition to the around 40 young people we see every day out our centre, New Horizon provides the only youth-specific street outreach service to young people facing homelessness in London. We use our extensive housing expertise to place young people who are currently or at risk of rough sleeping into accommodation that is appropriate and safe, whilst encouraging them to access the day centre to benefit from the wide range of services we offer. Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation.

Role Summary
The main function of the Careers Coordinator (Work Experience) role is to develop, support and deliver Into Film’s Screen Careers Work Experience programmes. Screen Careers covers film, TV, animation, VFX and games. About you and the Role
This is a full-time community outreach and homelessness prevention role, working as part of the Wintercomfort tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention project worker team. The Wintercomfort Housing Project Worker will provide practical, person-centred, housing-related support for people identified through community outreach and within Overstream House who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The postholder will deliver frontline casework, advocacy and practical support to help vulnerable individuals secure, maintain and transition into safe, independent living. This will include supporting people to understand the options available to them, complete practical tasks, access appropriate services, strengthen housing stability and work with local partners to prevent housing crises from escalating.

Responsibilities
Finance & Board Administration
Financial Oversight: Manage invoice creation, process team expenses, have a good understanding of our overall budget, and pull monthly budget reports from Sage for budget holders.
Reporting: Prepare core financial reports for the board (budget vs. actuals, projections, cash flow charts) and support fundraising financial queries.
Board Support: Coordinate quarterly board meetings, manage agendas/slides, take action notes (utilising AI tools), and track the risk and action logs.
Operations, HR & Governance

Ability to maintain meticulous data integrity in our CRM for programme and fundraising activities.
