Job Title: Housing Support Worker
Location: Brent. This is a floating support service which means locations vary from outreach sites, personal homes, and our office.Please be kindly aware although there is step free access at our base office, we cannot guarantee step free access in our outreach sites and participant homes.
Salary: £28,800 (Annual)
Shift Pattern: 5 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota which can range between 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 and 10:00 - 18:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and participant requirements.
About the Role
We're hiring a Housing Support Worker to join our floating support service which is based in Brent. The service supports adults who have been or are at risk of homelessness, have experienced social exclusion, have previous criminal convictions, suffer with their mental health, have substance misuse, and/or could have a learning disability. You will support participants on their journey towards recovery, reablement, and independence, all within a compassionate, trauma informed environment.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering high quality, person centered support through tailored support plans which provide practical interventions, to empower our participants to overcome personal challenges, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals. You will also work closely in partnership with various organisations to support the different needs of our participants, which may include signposting. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support participants will all aspects of their housing needs to support them ensure sustainable housing.
- Co-create tailored support plans which are centered towards the participants needs.
- Signpost participants with local providers to support with their independence such as with Job Centres, employment support hubs, community support centres, mental health trusts and other as relevant.
- Recognise support needs in an individual and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent further deterioration.
- Complete safeguarding and other referrals where required.

- Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
- Understanding and/or practical knowledge of the social and societal marginalisation that can be attached to people with complex needs

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings.
- Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways.
- Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
- Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary.

Purpose of the Job
To lead and manage the Compliance Support team responsible for overseeing the ongoing compliance of all organisations actively participating in the FareShare Go programme after their probation period. Hospice at Home’s skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provide our exceptional core services of palliative and end of life care and support people in their last year of life also providing additional services such as Lymphoedema, Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and Complementary Therapy.
We provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and our end of life care helps facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home and support to those who are bereaved.
Although we receive some funding from the NHS, we need to raise over 85% of our running costs in order to ensure that this vital help is available when needed and remains free of charge to patients and their families.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Gifts & Individual Giving Lead to join our fundraising team.
This role leads the operational development of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland’s Major Gifts, Individual Giving and Legacy programmes, and support in the development of Trust & Foundation applications.
As a new area of focus for the organisation, the postholder will be responsible for designing, launching and growing a full supporter journey for individual donors—from regular giving through to mid‑value, major gifts and Legacy giving. They will build and manage a strong pipeline of donors and prospects, cultivating long‑term philanthropic support for the charity.
The role also carries responsibility for developing strategic corporate partnerships with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) alignment, and values‑led partnerships that deliver sustainable mutual benefit.
They will drive the charity’s communications and supporter experience. Working with the wider fundraising team, the postholder will help design and deliver a communications plan, oversee development of social media, maintain website content, and produce print and digital materials to support fundraising and raise awareness of fundraising opportunities.

- Experience building new programmes and partnerships, including CSR/ESG‑aligned corporates
- Ability to manage people, priorities and multiple deadlines effectively

Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) has been delivering Nightlight, part of Hertfordshire’s crisis alternatives pathway, for the last 8 years. We are proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways. We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our Helpline, Crisis Cafes and 24/7 Crisis House.

About the Role
As a member of the HMN Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Service Manager for our Crisis provision across Hertfordshire (Nightlight), you will be leading the total provision of our 24/7 365 week Crisis House, Daylight, Helpline and Crisis Cafés. You will also oversee our A&E Liaison Project, supporting staff operating in A&E to divert individuals into community crisis provision.
You will ensure the provision is safe, effective and person centered; be accountable for achieving KPI’s, data reporting to Commissioners and the wider SMT & CEO, and develop the service using evidence based data, strategic thought & planning.
The successful candidate will be highly proficient manager with proven knowledge, skills and abilities as a leader and manager and have experience of developing and delivering mental health services within a health and social care setting, strong experience of managing the delivery of contracts, working to deadlines and achieving outputs, significant proven knowledge and skills around services working with adults with mental health needs and demonstrable understanding of relevant legislation and policies such as the Data Protection Act, Safeguarding and Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Safeguarding Children and the Mental Health Act and they will have a willingness to travel to locations across Hertfordshire.

Project Support Officer (Northern Futures)
Salary: £25,887 - £27,385 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail focused Project Support Officer to join our Northern Futures team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth administration, financial accuracy and compliance of a large, funded programme delivered across the North East.
Job Purpose
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate and process funding claims, manage programme documentation, and liaise with prime funding organisations to ensure deadlines, quality standards and contractual requirements are consistently met. Northern Futures is funded by the North East Combined Authority as part of Trailblazer funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, process and submit accurate funding claims in line with programme guidelines
- Collect, check and quality assure funding documentation from delivery staff
- Maintain secure manual and electronic filing and archiving systems
- Train delivery staff on funding documentation requirements and deadlines
- Manage internal and external databases to track submissions and performance
- Reconcile historic claims and support financial monitoring and forecasting
- Liaise with Prime Funders on invoicing, MI, compliance and payment schedules
- Produce reports, meeting minutes and management information as required
- Prepare documentation for audits and support resolution of non compliance
- Manage petty cash in line with organisational financial procedures
- Support delivery teams with resources, inductions and ongoing administration
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of managing a varied workload of administrative and financial tasks prioritising to meet target deadlines, and dealing with external clients. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as having effective verbal, written and presentation communications skills
You’ll thrive working in a busy and friendly environment and have the ability to maintain confidentiality as required. You will also have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
