The role
As a Community Fundraiser, you will be the face of St Richard’s Hospice in the community, you will help our wonderful fundraisers and inspiring new supporters to raise money for the charity, always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience. You will be part of the wider Income Generation team, contributing to our shared goals and income targets.
A key part of the role will be to deliver fundraising with strong financial impact: achieving a 3:1 return on investment within two years, ensuring activities are cost-efficient, effective, and sustainable.
Flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working as well as the ability to travel locally to events, meetings or fundraising activities. This role is based at the Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester.
The role will also include;
- Build and nurture relationships with local fundraisers, community groups, schools, faith groups and local organisations.
- Plan and deliver fundraising activities with clear financial targets and measurable impact.
- Represent the hospice at local events, cheque presentations and talks, sharing the difference our supporters make.
- Set, monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics, particularly the goal of delivering a 3:1 return on investment for this role over two years.
- Recruit, train and support volunteer fundraisers and community ambassadors.
- Ensure all fundraising is carried out ethically and in line with regulations.

About you
You will bring;

The Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and data-driven individual to join Cavell as a Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Officer. Qualifications

The Role
The Project Manager is an adept and organised professional, esteemed within the nuclear policy community for their level. Responsible for overseeing a discrete package of work, they must demonstrate a clear understanding and alignment with broader programme goals, strategies, and objectives. The role will report to the Programme Manager.
Taking charge of project deliverables, the Project Manager will navigate the entire project cycle, from generating fundraising ideas to developing them further and building knowledge of funding relationships. - Coordinate onboarding and exit processes for employees and consultants, including exit interviews, equipment and file handovers, and turnover of organisational assets.
Employee Relations
- Advise and work with line managers to manage employee relations in line with current legislation and best practice.
- Co-develop resolution strategies to address concerns and grievances raised by the global team.
Human Resource Policy and Systems
- Work with the COO to continuously review, improve and update HR policies and systems in line with our values and legislation.
- Ensure best practise in HR systems, databases and processes are maintained and monitored across the organisation.
- Manage aspects of GDPR compliance relating to employees and consultants.
Nurture Teams and Talent
- With the COO, lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Assess learning needs across the organisation and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement learning solutions and professional development for individuals and teams.
- Support the performance management and review processes and work with line managers on the performance development plans of team members.
Recruitment
- Work with the recruiting manager to coordinate the employee and consultant recruitment process, including setting terms & conditions.
- Organise job listings and interviews and support managers to provide a robust induction programme for appointees.
Risk Management
- Proactively identify risks within our HR policies and systems and develop strategies to mitigate them.

About the Role
The Outreach and Insight team plays a key role in identifying emerging issues and trends in what matters most to students. We transform a wide range of data and information about our casework and the sector into insights and learning. We also play a central role in using this learning to develop and deliver specific and targeted outreach to providers, student representative bodies (SRBs) and students.
The Insight Analyst is responsible for conducting data and information gathering and analysis on a wide variety of topics related to this work. You will be tasked with the creation and updating of Power BI reporting, dashboards and other data visualisation for internal use.
This important role involves collecting and analysing information from inside and outside the organisation with the purpose of generating insight to ensure that the overall outreach, engagement and communication strategies are evidence-based.
Once the need for analysis of particular information is established, the Insight Analyst works to deliver this in an appropriate and comprehensible format. This role has responsibility for ensuring a very high level of accuracy and clarity, ensuring that colleagues can rely upon what is presented.
About You
