The St Benedict’s Centre is situated within the grounds of Malling Abbey, the home of an Anglican Benedictine religious community in the heart of the Kent countryside. It is a place of great beauty, a liminal space which draws deeply on its spiritual heritage and tradition to engage with the needs of contemporary society: education, training, counselling, holistic therapy, study days, quiet days, workshops and much more.
We are seeking a Centre Warden to provide overall leadership for the Centre, taking responsibility for setting culture and vision across the organization. The Centre Warden will develop strong and successful relationships with key external partners, deliver an imaginative programme for spiritual retreats and quiet days, and ensure that there are sufficient resources available for the Centre to flourish.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of retreat and quiet day programming in a setting like St Benedict’s. You will be able to build relational capital with a range of stakeholders, and have excellent organisational and communications skills.

The Senior Finance Officer is a broad new role reporting to the Head of Finance. It provides a brilliant opportunity to learn and develop through contributing to most areas of our small finance team’s work including month-end close, payment run process, finance system administration, monthly budget-holder reporting, year end and audit, fundraising support and investments and banking administration.
We are looking for a part qualified accountant or equivalent who can bring a good understanding of bookkeeping and double entry. As a role covering broad areas, you will also need a demonstrable understanding of charity accounting technicalities and recommended practice, ideally gained from working in the sector. With a high level of attention to detail, you should be proficient in the use of finance systems, with Advanced Excel skills, and an interest in utilising AI.
The role includes interaction at all levels, including senior management and our trustee board and requires skills to communicate finance to non-finance stakeholders and good written skills.

Claudia Jones organisation (CJO) Is looking to appoint a highly skilled Executive Director with experience of working in the Voluntary/Community sector to support the development of the organisation. This is a key appointment funded for 1year.
CJO is one of the few small Black lead charities in London, enhancing the quality of life for African Caribbean Women and Families. Founded in 1982 at the request of Caribbean women, CJO delivers family-centred services for women with children 0-16yrs, Gender- based violence support, connections for older people, health and wellbeing activities, counselling and therapeutic interventions to inspire and empower African Caribbean heritage women and families.
Reporting to the board of directors/trustees, the Executive Director will oversee the strategic and operational efficiencies of our programmes and staff. SUMMARY
Position Title: Community Organiser

Location: The Liberation Centre, Brixton, London (Our office in Brixton)/ Hybrid working with at least 2 days’ work from our office (Pro rata for part time). This role will require additional office days on a needs basis

The Advocacy Academy is an activist youth movement. We serve as the political home for grassroots youth organising and the catalyst for collective action. The lives of the young people we work alongside have been directly shaped by living in an unjust world, and we exist to turn their anger into action.
Young people are often the catalysts for major social change, from the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee at the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, to the Soweto Uprising mobilising young people to resist the apartheid regime's education policies, to the Sunrise Movement redrawing the electoral map across America, and more recently encampments and protests across the world protesting the genocide in Palestine. How successfully they achieve real and lasting change depends on whether they are organised and whether they have the right strategy and tactics to be effective.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.You will become a key member of the Communities Department, including but not limited to:
- Developing a good working relationship with community members and leaders including staff, TAA members, centre users, local residents, traders, and more

- You will coordinate our HOST Programme - You will be accountable for the development and delivery of our HOST programme, including but not limited to:
- You will ensure our bookings system is up to date, and hold relationships with centre users
- You will flag and escalate Health and Safety concerns for the space to the Space Manager and work with them on operationalising problem solving in the space
- You will cultivate relationships with Centre users, neighbours, and visitors and encourage them to get involved in activities and feedback any and all concerns or suggestions they might put forward
- Support colleagues in the Operations team to ensure our Centre is a great and accessible place for staff to work from
3.You will help make The Liberation Centre a space for political education and organising by:
- Supporting the running of community spaces at TLC - including community putlocks, assemblies, trader meetings, and other TAA-held initiatives
- Supporting the Head of Community Organising in holding and leading spaces for community action and organising - including things like ensure turnout to events, conduct 1-2-1s, assist in minute taking, follow up on actions etc
- Supporting with capturing data on the impact of the space and feedback on space use by young people, community groups, and other partners
- You will be supporting the running of our open access youth space Just Us on an ad hoc basis - which can include: stepping in if people are sick, helping support specific events
4.You will ensure that our community activities run like well-oiled machines by pulling in the right people at the right time and ensuring that key milestones are met:

Role
Sexual violence in prisons has long been ignored, leaving men without adequate support. Over the past year we have been part of a committee with HM Prison Service, Metropolitan Police and NHS England to develop a Service Level Agreement on responding to serious sexual assaults within prisons in London.
This three-year NHS-funded pilot is designed to:
- Train prison staff to understand the impact of sexual violence on male, boy, and non-binary prisoners.
- Raise awareness of sexual violence within prisons and equip staff with the tools to respond appropriately.
- Establish and strengthen referral pathways for survivors in London prisons.
- Gather key insights to inform future service provision and systemic change.
As a Trainer on the Prison Project you will work alongside two dedicated therapists. By embedding trauma-informed approaches within the prison system, this role will empower staff, improve survivor outcomes, and lay the foundation for long-term change in how sexual violence in prison is addressed.
Main responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to prison staff, healthcare teams, mental health professionals, probation officers and other key stakeholders.
- Develop bespoke training materials, toolkits, and resources to support ongoing learning for prison staff.
- Facilitate reflective practice sessions (‘trauma clinics’) to help staff process and improve their responses to survivors.
- Work closely with prison leadership teams to embed best practices into their safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the Young People’s Therapist and Adult Therapist to align training with the therapeutic support available in prisons.

You will bring demonstrable experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis needs, alongside a strong knowledge of community care, mental health, health and safety, equality, housing, and welfare benefits legislation. You will understand recovery principles and be confident in delivering person-centred support, including assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing support plans. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, including supporting the induction of peer staff and volunteers, while maintaining high professional standards and resilience.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential, with the ability to produce clear written communication and manage basic financial processes such as petty cash. You will be flexible in your approach, including working evenings and weekends when required, and will demonstrate a solid understanding of safeguarding, ensuring issues are addressed appropriately at all times.

EASST is seeking an exceptional leader to build on the strong foundations EASST has laid by its outgoing founder, ensuring that the organisation’s impact continues to grow and that we remain at the forefront of road safety and sustainable mobility across the region and beyond.
The Director General functions as the Chief Executive of the charity, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to fulfil EASST's mission and objectives.
The postholder acts as a key ambassador for the charity, ensuring effective governance, sustainable funding and finances, and the development of robust relationships with stakeholders, donors, and the wider community. The Director General also leads EASST Expertise, EASST's wholly owned trading subsidiary, serving as a Director of the company and providing strategic oversight of its consultancy operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the charity’s strategic plans and activities, in collaboration with and reporting to the Board of Trustees.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as EASST’s primary spokesperson, promoting the charity to donors, beneficiaries, partners, policymakers, and the public.
- Governance: Ensure the charity complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, reporting to the Board on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Project Delivery: Lead and manage delivery of specific development projects as needed by the organisation.
- Financial Management: Oversee the charity's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, fundraising strategies, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Operational Responsibility: Oversee the charity’s operations, including programme delivery, and the development of policies and procedures.
- Fundraising and Development: Lead fundraising initiatives and cultivate relationships with donors, grant-makers, corporate partners, and supporters.
- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate staff, who operate as a remote team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Ensure robust monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities, reporting outcomes to Trustees and stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role within the charity, not-for-profit, or public sector.
- Significant experience working at a senior level in the field of Road Safety and/or Sustainable Transportation.
- An understanding of global road safety challenges, global conventions and initiatives.
- Experience in EASST countries of operation is desirable and proficiency in a regional language is an advantage.
- Familiarity/experience/contacts with international organisations promoting, supporting or funding road safety is desirable.
- Strong strategic planning and management skills. Excellent and persuasive communicator and relationship-builder.
- Understanding of charity governance, regulatory frameworks, and best practice in fundraising and programme delivery.
- Collaborative, resilient, and committed to the charity’s mission and values.
- The postholder must have a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and be conscious and respectful of other cultures.

Terms and Conditions
- Location: Based in the United Kingdom, with the right to work in the UK. The team currently works remotely with no office base.
- Travel: Significant travel may be required both within the region served by EASST and to conferences and other events.
- Hours: This is a full-time post and will require flexibility to meet the demands of funders and the partner network.
- Salary: The salary offered for this post is up to £70K (negotiable) plus 10% pension contribution and 30 days holiday per year.
The post holder is appointed by the Trustees and will report to the Board of Trustees on a regular basis.

About the Role
Location: Predominately home based but must be available to travel to London for meetings and attend Trekstock events
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role at the heart of Trekstock’s fundraising, with real responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership within a growing team.
You’ll take ownership of key income streams including challenge events, corporate partnerships and supporter care, helping us grow income while delivering a brilliant experience for everyone who supports Trekstock.
You’ll work closely with existing partners such as Fujifilm UK and The National Lottery, while also contributing to the development of future partnerships. This is a role for a confident starter‑finisher who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to delivery and seeing work through with care and impact.
From managing our iconic Trek This City event to building long‑term partnerships with corporate supporters, you’ll play a key role in bringing new people into our community and keeping them connected to our mission. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, build strong relationships, and make things happen in a small but mighty team.
This role is ideal for someone with fundraising experience who’s ready to step up, embrace a challenge, and make a real difference to the lives of young people affected by cancer.
Key responsibilities
Challenge events & community fundraising
- Lead on the delivery and growth of Trekstock’s challenge events portfolio, including Trek This City, London Marathon places and third‑party events
- Recruit, manage and inspire participants and volunteers, supporting them to reach (and smash) their fundraising targets
- Build meaningful supporter journeys for fundraisers and volunteers that feel personal, motivating and on brand
- Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to promote events and bring supporter stories to life
- Monitor performance, income and ROI, spotting opportunities to grow, improve and refine our approach
- Attend and support events, working alongside volunteers on the day (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Corporate partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with existing corporate partners, including multi-year charity partners
- Deliver engaging, high-quality partnerships that go beyond fundraising
- Identify opportunities to increase income and deepen engagement
- Support pitches, proposals and reporting for new and existing partners
- Ensure partners feel valued, inspired and connected to Trekstock’s impact and misson
Supporter care & fundraising operations
- Deliver excellent supporter care across all fundraising activity
- Manage key admin processes including thanking, banking and donation processing
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM/database (GDPR compliant)
- Support income tracking, reporting and pipeline management
Wider team contribution
- Contribute ideas to grow income and reach new audiences
- Represent Trekstock at events, meetings and networking opportunities
- Work collaboratively across the team to support campaigns and activity

About you
You’re a confident relationship‑builder who enjoys working closely with people and making things happen. You’ll bring:
- Experience in fundraising (events, community, corporate or similar)
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
