At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, we support babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Our aim is to reach every family that needs our help and to offer them the very best choice of care. The role:

Expertise in market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, and the ability to develop innovative strategies for pricing, product development, and sales is crucial. Collaboration with income generation, partnerships, finance, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions and improve forecasting is key. Ensuring data accuracy within the fundraising CRM, performing regular data maintenance, managing data segmentation, and providing training as the database ‘super user’ are also important aspects of the role.

Programme Support & Delivery

Every break is themed and guests take part in a range of activities such as archery, art, music, yoga, and day trips to local towns, cities, and historical sites. Our breaks give guests the opportunity to get away for a holiday, meet new people, and explore the best of East Sussex.

What is the role of the Manager?
As manager, with the support of the deputy(s), you will organise varied and fun breaks for our guests. This includes carrying out assessments for new guests, supporting the team to deliver respite care, coaching the staff team, and embedding high standards in the service. We run 20 breaks a year and wish to grow this number, around about 10 of which are led by the Activity Team Manager on site in East Sussex. During activity breaks food and your own room is provided and an additional sleep in payment for each night supporting a break is paid.
We are a London based charity and welcome applicants for this role on the understanding they are able to support at least 10 breaks throughout a year (providing day and overnight support for 5 days/ 4 nights at a time in East Sussex), are able to travel to our North East London offices to attend meetings and training sessions, and travel to assessments and marketing events as required.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Individual Giving Team within Public Fundraising at Prostate Cancer Research. This is a pivotal new role, offering huge potential to shape the future of IG at PCR and capitalise fully on our exciting growth trajectory.
The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Building on this momentum, and campaigns such as last year's successful prostate cancer screening petition and our increased campaigning and public relations footprint. We are committed to strong investment in supporter experience and a genuine relationship-based approach to fundraising, ensuring all our supporters feel valued and exceptionally well-cared for. Recent positive media opportunities have further underscored our potential for growth.
This role will be instrumental in driving continued expansion through digital channels, including paid social and email, with significant scope to identify and implement new, innovative, or novel acquisition strategies. You will be key to growing our supporter base and maximising their lifetime value through engaging digital stewardship and carefully crafted supporter journeys. Lead generation and conversion, cross-selling, and the development and management of these journeys will all be significant aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools.

The Job Role
As the Director of Finance, ICT and Investments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping MMHS’s financial strategy to support its strategic objectives and enable sound decision-making. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will have a strategic mindset, with the ability to provide insights to your senior colleagues, and you will provide advice and guidance to the board of trustees, becoming a trusted partner. You will develop and deliver financial plans, oversee financial systems to ensure robust control and compliance, and lead key financial activities such as monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, projections, and annual audits. Additionally, you will identify financial challenges and opportunities, develop approaches to address them, and lead and motivate your small team to cultivate a high-performing culture.
In ICT, you will implement MMHS’s strategy effectively, leading transformation projects to modernise and improve technology infrastructure and processes. You will oversee cloud migration, drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging AI and automation, implement plans to support outsourcing, and ensure robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning. You will also manage relationships with MMHS’s external support and services provider.
With investments, you will implement MMHS’s strategy, working closely with investment managers and third-party experts to align MMHS’s portfolio with strategic objectives, providing guidance to senior colleagues and the board.
The Person
This is a key post for the organisation, and they are looking for someone who can provide a long-term view while being ‘hands-on’ with day-to-day operations. You will be a fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience in a leadership role. Experience or a desire to quickly upskill in investments is a distinct advantage. You will have the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. You will be someone who embraces change and continuous improvement. You will also be a team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As part of an exciting new nationwide outreach initiative, this role will support the Outreach Programme Manager in delivering a large-scale community-based programme aimed at helping those in or at risk of fuel poverty.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Support & Delivery
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a nationwide outreach programme, including a rolling year-long calendar of community-based money and energy advice events.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for outreach events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
- Work closely with local charity partners, community groups, and British Gas advisors to facilitate events and outreach activities.
- Support the distribution of Energy Wellbeing Packs (e.g., heated blankets, thermos flasks) at events for vulnerable individuals.
- Regularly attend events to provide on-the-ground support, capturing feedback and ensuring objectives are met.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for funded organisations and outreach partners, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to deliver effective support.
- Help coordinate volunteer participation from British Gas and other partners, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in data collection and impact tracking to measure outreach programme success.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leaders, using insights to refine future outreach strategies.
- Help maintain accurate records of outreach activities, tracking event attendance and engagement metrics.
Communications & Marketing Support
- Support the development of marketing materials and communications to promote outreach events and initiatives.
- Ensure that outreach events are effectively publicised within local communities through digital and print channels.
Person Specification

The purpose of your role
We are looking for an energetic policy and corporate affairs professional to join the Police Now team and play a key role in shaping understanding of our programmes, build support amongst stakeholders, and lead the conversation on police reform and culture change.
Police Now’s mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and increase public confidence in policing. You will be instrumental in identifying and offering great opportunities to showcase the best of Police Now's work with Ministers, officials, MPs, Peers, committees, All-Party Parliamentary Groups, and other policy stakeholders and influencers. You will use your skills in advocacy and effective communication to increase awareness of and support for what we deliver, and be an effective partner to the Government demonstrating delivery of their 13,000 neighbourhood policing pledge and the difference good local policing makes to communities.
Key responsibilities
- Establish yourself within Police Now as a source of expert political advice and guidance in handling sensitive issues and relationships, working to protect and enhance our reputation.
- Be curious about police reform, be actively contributing on external thinking about this and ensure Police Now colleagues are kept abreast of key developments.
- Provide expert policy advice to officials at the Home Office, other Government Departments, and Parliamentarians on the work of Police Now through contributions to White Papers and Committee Investigations.

- You will have a strong understanding of Westminster, Whitehall and the Mayoralities and build good working relationships with key decision-makers. Some experience of media handling around public policy issues is desirable as you will work closely with the communications manager at Police Now.
- Essential skills are the ability to write well, communicate effectively and be confident in engaging senior stakeholders. A demonstrable interest or background in policing or related public services would be of assistance in working with internal stakeholders.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
