Role Requirements
Your role will be to provide a high standard of housekeeping ensuring excellent levels of cleanliness are consistent throughout the site and that infection control procedures are met across site.
As part of the site services team the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the facilities team and assist in covering in the laundry, in the deep clean team or other works as and when required.
You will be a natural and enthusiastic housekeeper working not only as part of a team but also individually. This is a chance for an outstanding candidate to make a significant and lasting difference to the lives of thousands of children and families.

The Role
As our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will lead efforts to secure and diversify funding, building a sustainable resource base to support our global mission.
Leading the Fundraising and Business Development Team, you will drive the implementation of our resource mobilisation strategy, focusing on increasing non-ODA income and expanding flexible and programmatic funding.

About the role
We’re looking for a Policy and Public Affairs Manager with experience in delivering high-impact, voice-led policy, public affairs and campaigning work to join our Policy and Influencing team.

This means amplifying the voices of young cancer patients and delivering evidence-based campaigns that make change happen.
The Policy and Public Affairs Manager is responsible for ensuring our policy and influencing work has maximum impact through our public affairs and campaigning across the UK. This work will be co-created with children and young people at every appropriate opportunity. Building relationships is a crucial part of your role and you will support the Head of Policy and Influencing to deliver Young Lives vs Cancer’s policy, influencing and voice work to be sector leading and develop a range of external relationships to inform our work in this area.
Our Policy, Influencing and Voice Team build the evidence base we need to develop sound policy positions, works to influence the system for children and young people with cancer and their families, so we can change experiences of having cancer and ensure children and young people’s voices are heard. We are now seeking a skilled and proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance and Operations Directorate and play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial insight, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring the organisation’s financial resilience.

The Role
This is a key position within the charity, responsible for producing high‑quality management information, partnering with budget holders, and driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
You will lead the month‑end process, oversee cashflow forecasting, support the annual budget cycle, and develop financial models to inform strategic decisions. You will also deputise for the Director of Finance and Operations when required, ensuring continuity and operational resilience.

About You
You will be a qualified and experienced management accountant (CCAB, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong track record of producing high‑quality financial analysis, business partnering, and driving improvements in financial systems.

The Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) is a human rights and feminist
organisation led by and for Latin American migrant women in the UK. Our work is dedicated to
supporting the immediate and long-term needs of Latin American migrant women exposed to

About the role
Shelter is seeking a proactive and organised Legacy and In-Memory Manager to work with delivering agreed income and engagement targets. This will involve recruiting, retaining and developing individual donors whilst maximising legacy and in-memory giving opportunities. You will support and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns including acquisition and stewardship communications, digital campaigns, telemarketing, events and professional press advertising. Furthermore, you will manage web content and partnerships with free will providers.
The role will involve leading the in-memory marketing programme, stewarding supporters and prospects through custom communications and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries. You will work collaboratively across Income Generation, internal comms and the brand teams, working to embed legacy messaging across the organisation and support with initiatives such as Shelter Will Week and build strong cross-team relationships. You will also provide essential administrative support managing budgets and invoices and you will have line manager responsibilities whilst ensuring all activity complies with relevant legislation and meets sector best practice.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in legacy and/or in-memory fundraising, or transferrable skills within the charity or commercial sector.
You will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You will be highly organised and detail oriented and be able to manage a varied workload, balancing multiple deadlines and competing demands with a flexible and proactive approach.
Strong IT skills are essential for the role including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, FirstClass or similar CRM and email systems.

We’re looking for a skilled and innovative individual to lead one of our pioneering Therapeutic Hubs, developed in partnership with a local church. This role sits at the front line of responding to the growing mental and emotional health needs of children, young people and families, offering high-quality therapeutic support to intervene early and prevent crisis.
As Head of Service for the Hub, you will provide strong clinical leadership, delivering targeted therapeutic support for complex cases while overseeing referrals and therapeutic pathways within the Hub. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team of volunteer counsellors, trainees and therapeutic coaches, modelling trauma‑informed, relational practice shaped by PACE values and reflective supervision.
Alongside direct delivery, you will play a key role in developing the Hub’s reach and effectiveness, working collaboratively with TLG, the partner church and local referrers. Safeguarding, quality and professional excellence are central to the role, with responsibility for ensuring the hub is a safe, welcoming and effective space for children and families from diverse backgrounds to find healing and hope.

This is a role where you’ll shape how health support is delivered day to day, making sure people experiencing homelessness can access the care they need and stay connected to it.
You’ll work directly with residents who are often facing complex and long-standing health needs, supporting them in a way that is consistent, person-centred and genuinely meaningful. From completing initial health screenings and building tailored support plans, to making referrals and encouraging engagement with services like dentistry, mental health and primary care, you’ll play a key role in helping people take steps towards better health and stability.
Alongside this, you’ll hold a caseload of clients requiring more intensive support, working with them to understand their health, manage conditions and attend appointments. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships that help people feel more confident engaging with services, while also working closely with colleagues and partners to create a more joined-up and accessible health offer. Grounded in a psychologically informed approach, this role is about more than access – it’s about helping people make lasting improvements to their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced charity finance professional who can play this key role in our UK finance team. MRG is a complex organisation with four offices, many projects and funders, and staff around the world.
Working with three UK finance colleagues, and those in our offices in Hungary and Uganda, the Finance Officer will process and record all our financial transactions (expenditure, sales and grant income) and assist in statutory reporting and year end audit preparation.
