The role of a Therapeutic Community Caseworker at the Baobab Centre is to support unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee adolescents and young adults to access care, basic rights and entitlements and to support their social development and rehabilitation.This role involves working closely with the clinical key worker of each young person and with our wider multidisciplinary team. You have an insight in how trauma and the many human rights violations and persecution that most members of our community have experienced impact on all aspects of a young person’s internal and external world.
You have an insight in how current immigration rules and social care system procedures act as barriers to rehabilitation, including by restricting access to education, adequate benefits, housing and healthcare provision.

Job purpose

About the role
At the RSPCA Finchley Branch, we are seeking a practical and organised Branch Manager to support the delivery and development of our local animal welfare services and the oversight of our retail operations through the line management of Shop Managers.
This is a strategic role with a hands-on focus on operational delivery, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across animal welfare, retail operations through the line management of Shop Managers and volunteer activity. Shakespeare's Globe is seeking an inspiring Youth Theatre and Learning Manager to manage our established Youth Theatre programme: Globe Youth Theatre | Shakespeare's Globe.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to have an educational and social impact on our cohort of c.200 Globe Youth Theatre members through your skills in arts administration and project management.
The Youth Theatre and Learning Manager position sits within the award-winning Learning team with two primary areas of responsibility:
1. Overseeing the operations of our thriving Globe Youth Theatre, which runs every Saturday during term time and, as of September 2026, will serve c.200 young people aged 8-19, with c.10 staff on site.
2. Alongside this, the postholder also makes an important contribution to the smooth running of the wider Learning team as a line manager and part of the team’s leadership group.
NOTE: This is a programme management role, not a facilitation or session-delivery role, so you won’t be delivering sessions/workshops to the young people - sessions are delivered by our wonderful freelance Globe Education Practitioners. You will oversee the operations and quality of provision.

The Learning Team:
The Learning team is a team of 10, which includes the Youth Theatre and Learning Manager and the Youth Theatre and Learning Coordinator. We coordinate all of Shakespeare’s Globe’s extensive activity for schools and teachers (serving over 80,000 students per year), and a range of activity for young people accessing our work outside of school settings (e.g. Globe Youth Theatre and our holiday Young Actors Courses).

We looking for someone to join our team of Suicide Bereavement Advisers who are the first port of call for people looking for support following their loss.
It is a hybrid role with a 60/40 split between working in our office in Westminster and from home.

About the role
As a Suicide Bereavement Advisor you will:
Manage a caseload of assigned clients.
Provide emotional and practical support to clients over the phone and via email and SMS.
Provide a safe space for them to talk about their loss and how it is impacting them, offering them empathy and validation.
Provide information and advice about practical issues they may be dealing with.
Where appropriate, refer them to our Counselling Service and help them to fill in the application form.
Support them to access other relevant services through signposting.
Log all contacts in our client management system, ensuring accurate records are kept and maintained.
Meet agreed performance standards around call duration, timely note completion and consistent caseload management, in line with our commitment to fairness and consistency for clients and team.
Help with ongoing initiatives to improve our services, including opportunities to contribute to resource creation, training and presenting, and wider projects.
Support the Client Care team where needed, including covering the phone line and helping with administrative tasks when available.
Liaise with other relevant organisations to build our connections within the sector and increase awareness of our services.

Second Stage (In Person)
The second stage will be a 60-minute, in-person assessment and interview at our London office.
