Brief role description:

The Head of Partner Management role is responsible for leading on and strengthening

relationships with parkrun's corporate partners (external) both in the UK and globally. This

role involves maintaining and developing partnerships through regular face-to-face

meetings and communications, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and value, and

ensuring partners align with parkrun's strategy. The role exists within the Commercial &

Fundraising team supporting global staff to ensure best practice across parkrun Global

partner footprint. As a senior staff member you will work with various teams to execute

successful partner campaigns and deliver partner’s rights. You will also support and on

identifying new sponsors and opportunities with corporates to increase revenue to parkrun.

Main responsibilities:

● Working with local partnership managers, manage and grow relationships with

parkrun’s global commercial partners ensuring strong collaboration and mutual

benefit.

● Develop parkrun’s account management processes and documentation globally with

an aim to be world class, using KPI and objective planning, data to measure

performance and ensuring regional partnership managers successfully achieve the

objectives of partners in their region.

● Create, manage and implement campaigns on behalf of partners, monitor and report

on performance of these campaigns and ensure the delivery of contracted rights.

Ensure best practice from these campaigns is shared across the parkrun territories.

● Work with Global Head of Commercial & Fundraising to identify, negotiate and on

board new partners and take a lead on renewing contracts with existing partners.

● Explore innovative ideas to enhance the rights offered to partners and identify

opportunities to increase value. Lead on exploring how parkrun can work with the

corporate sector; identifying opportunities that drive income not only from rights but

alignment with parkrun’s charitable mission.

● Build and manage a small, fast-paced, high-performance and collaborative team that

champions parkrun’s partners and their work.

Stay up to date with industry trends within the sports and charity sector, engage in

sector networking, and ensure parkrun adopts best practices in sponsorship

management to maximise partnerships and maintain a competitive edge

Purpose of the Role

The Head of Centre will provide strategic and operational leadership for Equal Education Academy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and trauma-informed online provision. Serving as the Academy’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), the postholder will embed safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing into all organisational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include leading SEND and safeguarding strategy (including overseeing the Single Central Record)  delivering high-impact staff training, and driving rigorous quality assurance by monitoring and reviewing teaching and learning practices. 

Working collaboratively across the Academy and the wider Equal Education Limited group, the Head of Centre will serve as a vital operational bridge, facilitating seamless collaboration and synergy between Equal Education Academy and Equal Education Limited. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Quality of Education

• Support the Executive Headteacher in setting the Academy’s strategic direction and ensuring compliance with OEAS/DfE standards.

• Monitor and review teaching and learning across the Academy, using lesson observations, work scrutiny, and data analysis to drive pedagogical improvement.

• Contribute to the Academy Improvement Plan and lead on inspection readiness and quality assurance activities.

3. Safeguarding and Wellbeing (DSL)

• Ensure policies remain compliant with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and best practice.

• Promote a culture of vigilance, ensuring learner wellbeing, attendance, and emotional safety are central to all Academy functions.

4. Leadership & Staff Development

• Design and deliver high-impact staff training programs, specifically focusing on safeguarding, online pedagogy, SEND frameworks, and inclusive, trauma-informed practice.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO). 

• Significant (3 years minimum) senior leadership experience in a school, AP, SEND, or online setting within the last year. 

• Proven experience in designing and delivering whole-school staff training.

• Extensive (1 year minimum) experience as a DSL (safeguarding) and SENCO (SEND provision).

• Deep understanding of KCSIE, the SEND Code of Practice, and OEAS/DfE requirements.

• Experience in reviewing teaching and learning to drive quality improvement.

• Significant experience supporting children and young people with barriers to learning and/or emerging or complex needs, including those with SEND, SEMH needs, interrupted education, Children Looked After, and learners requiring specialist or alternative provision.

• Significant experience supporting learners with EHCPs and complex needs, while coordinating multi-agency support and collaborating effectively with local authorities, schools, and external agencies.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Officer - Nationwide to join our Partnership Management Team based in either our London or Manchester offices.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. About the Team

The Corporate Partnerships Officer works alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager on the Nationwide partnership and will play a vital role within the Corporate Partnerships Function of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Partnership Management Team work closely with the Corporate New Business team to on-board partners and provide high quality account management to our corporate partnership portfolio.

About The Role

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting on the delivery of Centrepoint’s multi-year, 7-figure strategic partnership with Nationwide Building Society. This partnership is the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio to date, and a transformational partnership for Centrepoint and the young people we work with. Funding supports a range of measures to help young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.

Working between our offices in London/ Manchester, as well as from the partner’s head office future, you will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager to support successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership, as well as taking ownership of your own projects. This will include supporting with fundraising and volunteering engagement with Nationwide colleagues, as well as administrative support across the partnership. You will provide excellent stewardship for this partnership and future corporate partners and identify opportunities to increase engagement and income.

This role sits within a Corporate Fundraising team of 14, split into a New Business team, and Partnership Management team. The Partnership Management team is made up of ten corporate fundraisers who manage complex and exciting partnerships with a wide range of committed corporate partners.

About You

You will be ambitious and driven, ideally with experience within fundraising, account management or programme management. You will have great attention to detail and experience managing and prioritising a diverse workload. You will be an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to form strong relationships externally and internally, including engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support on the successful delivery of the Nationwide partnership, working alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
• Administrative support for the Nationwide partnership including partnership admin and finance processes such as invoicing, income coding, minute taking and recording information on the database.
• Support with managing and developing the volunteering process and opportunities for Nationwide colleagues, ensuring excellent stewardship.
• Support with logistical plans and recruitment for Centrepoint’s flagship event, Sleep Out.
• Gather content and data to support in the compilation of reports on income, expenditure, and partnership impact.
• Develop and maintain proactive and effective working relationships with a range of cross functional teams including key internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Centrepoint and the partnership at Centrepoint and third-party events.
• Actively participate in all team meetings and support other team members.
• Manage other mid-value (£10k-£50k) corporate partnerships if required.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of building large-scale corporate employment partnerships that directly change young people’s futures. As Head of Business Development – Employment Partnerships, you will lead the strategy and delivery of new, high-value partnerships that create sustainable job opportunities, working across sectors and in close collaboration with design, delivery and fundraising teams. You will own a significant income target (£600k+), shape a 24-month pipeline, and play a key role in positioning the organisation as a leader in employment-focused partnerships.

You'll have a proven track record of securing six-figure partnerships through a consultative approach, working with senior decision-makers to design solutions that create value for both employers and young people. With extensive experience across the entry-level employment landscape, you'll bring a deep understanding of apprenticeships, early careers, recruitment and workforce trends, alongside the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and translate insight into compelling partnership propositions.

This role will suit someone who thrives on building something meaningful at scale,  combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and leadership with collaboration. You will be motivated by creating real opportunities for young people, and comfortable leading a team while navigating a matrix environment to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Supporter Care

• Assist in maintaining relationships with new and existing partners, donors

and stakeholders.

• Provide excellent account management of Sands’ small Charity of the

Year and other corporate partners (as a guideline those giving up to

£20,000)

• Support Partnerships Team to achieve and grow overall team budget

and support wider partnership portfolio.

• Act as a key point of contact for partner enquiries and actively solicit

donations and/or partnership opportunities.

• Ensure that approaches and donations are responded to, and thanked,

in a timely manner.

• Support delivery of corporate-specific appeals, campaigns and events.

• Deliver well managed and well-developed partnership stewardship and

communications.

• Act as a champion to inspire and motivate supporters to fundraise and

raise awareness of Sands, and attend meetings and presentations as

required.

• Collate and provide engaging and dynamic partnership content for

supporter resources, newsletters and mailings.

• Maintain ongoing communications by telephone and email, building

relationships with fundraisers and potential donors, ensuring each

individual is appropriately stewarded to maximise supporter experience.

• Maintain appropriate contracts or letters of agreements for donors and

partners as required.

• Support the Partnerships Team in the management of other partnerships

through specific initiatives, such as events support and employee

volunteering as required.

• Undertake due diligence in line with Sands’ Ethical Policy and robust

vetting criteria.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure Supporter Care work is kept up to

date and that the service we offer is the best it can be. Administrative and

Database Management

• Support the Partnerships Team to maintain accurate records and timely

reports in the charity CRM and shared drive, in compliance with data

protection legislation and best practice.

• Work closely with project and finance teams to gather information,

maintain high standards of accuracy at all times to ensure partnerships

and finance data management including tracking and invoicing.

• Effectively monitor partnership activity and finances, ensuring accurate

gift processing and support the Strategic Partnerships Manager with

timely income, expenditure and quarterly KPI reports.

• Assist in partnership activities, deliverables, and ensuring internal and

external deadlines are met.

• Support the Partnerships Team’s communication and engagement plans,

collating dynamic social media content and scheduling, and supporting

cross-team projects like case study work, campaign activity and new

corporate fundraising products.

• Assist in partnership volunteering, events, meetings and workshop

coordination. Including logistical support such as venue bookings,

attendance tracking and evaluations.

Cross-team working

• Contribute to the wider team’s efforts in fundraising, marketing and

project coordination.

• Work closely with all colleagues in the Income & Engagement

Department to seize cross team opportunities to increase income and

awareness and to develop appropriate products and engagement tools.

• Liaise with other Sands internal teams as necessary in the preparation of

proposals, meetings, reports and communications to companies.

• Provide support to fundraising colleagues when needed to maintain

excellent supporter care.

General

• To undertake other duties as required by the Head of Partnerships and

Philanthropy, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Business Development

Lead, and Director of Income & Engagement.

• To work flexibly and proactively with other members of the team.

• Keep up to date with sector knowledge regarding corporate and

events fundraising, fundraising techniques, resources and donor trends

and share knowledge with colleagues across Sands where relevant.

We are recruiting a Head of Communications to join our Senior Leadership Team to lead the charity’s communications work, ensuring that the charity’s ambitious growth plan is supported by exceptional strategic communications that engages our key stakeholders and builds support for the charity’s work, particularly with funders and university partners.

This is a senior position and will involve close work with the charity’s senior managers, trustees and high-profile stakeholders. We are a delivery organisation providing frontline educational services for young people. Our Head Office team is based on the site of our North Kensington centre in West London. We are an organisation with team members at different stages of their career, including many in their first roles: we are committed to nurturing talent and providing a developmental culture for all. Role is mainly office-based, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

The in-person time will mainly be in the office with other members of the team, but will also include regularly attending meetings at other locations - for example, attending events or meeting stakeholders at IntoUniversity centres.

Reporting in to the Director of Organisational Effectiveness, the Head of Health, Safety, Security and Safeguarding will inspire, design and drive Christian Aid’s Global Safe strategy, in respect of safety, security, and safeguarding, ensuring that staff in the UK, overseas
offices, and partner organisations operate in a safe, secure, and well-supported environment.

The potholder will be the custodian of a safe culture, ensuring that it aligns with the global culture programme and overall people strategy, and will be the organisation's safeguarding and security ambassador and expert, acting both internally and externally as a thought leader, challenging appropriately and bringing external expertise to Christian Aid.

Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Head of Health, Safety, Security and Safeguarding include:

• Monitor and assess security risks in operational locations, providing guidance on crisis response and emergency planning.

Essential:

• Significant experience in safety, security, and safeguarding roles, preferably in international NGOs, humanitarian organisation, or development agencies.
• Significant exposure to working in high-risk, conflict, or disaster-affected environments, managing safety and security for field teams.
• Advanced knowledge of global safeguarding frameworks, including protection of vulnerable groups, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), and child safeguarding and how they apply in humanitarian contexts.
• Extensive experience in crisis response, risk assessment, and emergency planning for international staff and partners.
• Leadership experience in developing and delivering training on security awareness, safeguarding, and risk management.
