About the role:

As a Young Person’s Worker in Camden, you will be right alongside young people at risk of homelessness, helping them move from uncertainty towards stability and independence. In this role, you will manage a caseload of young people, building trusted relationships and empowering them to lead their journey forward. You will create and review personalised support and safety plans, support moves into independent accommodation, and help young people take confident steps into education, training or employment. Working within a trauma informed and strengths based approach, you will champion each young person’s goals while developing practical life skills such as budgeting, self care and cooking. You will also support access to essential services including mental health support, housing advice and employment pathways, motivating and coaching young people to take ownership of their futures.

You’ll keep our supporters motivated, engaged and connected to the difference they make. From demonstrating impact to the major corporate partners we work alongside, to sharing the heartwarming stories our regular donors want to hear, you’ll ensure everyone who makes our support possible feels recognised, valued and connected to our mission.
You’ll secure press opportunities through building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets, and understanding what makes a captivating news story, raising awareness of Teens Unite and the issues facing young people living with, and beyond, cancer.
You’ll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support our strategic objectives, from Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Awareness Month to Mental Health Awareness Week - finding creative ways to reach new audiences, start conversations and drive action.

We are searching for a new Volunteer Coordinator to join our small, friendly team in recruiting, managing, and matching volunteers to help us in our mission – supporting unpaid Carers to have vital respite from their caring roles.
The role is full time 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and you will be working alongside our colleagues across Crossroads Care Kent - from our Care Managers to Project Managers for Young Carers and Dementia Outreach.

Philanthropic Partnerships Lead – Trusts and Foundations (parental leave cover)

Global Greengrants Fund (GGF) supports grassroots activists and civil society organisations around the world working to address environmental and social justice in over 160 countries. GGF applies a participatory and decentralised model in making grants to grassroots groups through regional and thematic boards of advisors, global partner networks and independent funds, to support grassroots environmental and social justice action.

The Role
The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead – Trusts & Foundations will contribute to Global Greengrants Fund UK’s fundraising and partnership objectives by stewarding a portfolio of existing and new Trust & Foundation supporters to secure significant restricted and unrestricted grants and donations for the organisation. Working as part of the Philanthropic Partnerships team and reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, the postholder will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the global organisation Global Greengrants Fund, particularly within the Programmes, External Relations and Finance functions.
The Candidate Profile
The post holder will be an experienced, senior-level fundraising leader with a track record of securing and developing successful collaborations with trusts, foundations and partner organisations to achieve ambitious income goals; extensive experience in developing pitches, proposals, and fundraising products; and a strong interest in environmental justice, international development or human rights issues. They will have an extensive knowledge of the funding and philanthropy sectors in the UK and Europe; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be confident in engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including at senior levels.
The candidate will excel in relationship building and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex relationships and politics. With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, they will be adept at developing compelling proposals, presentations, reports, and other fundraising materials. Additionally, they will demonstrate strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking, with a strong capacity for complex problem-solving and decision-making.
The right candidate will understand Global Greengrants Fund’s core values and be committed to the guiding principles and mission of Global Greengrants Fund and ensure they uphold them in the way they take up the responsibilities of the role. They will value transparency and accountability, demonstrating strong critical thinking, strategic risk management, and the ability to influence and resolve differences across boundaries. Role
Bowel Research UK are looking for a manager with experience across either philanthropy, corporate partnerships or both to join their Fundraising team in a new role.
This role will lead and manage the corporate and philanthropy income streams, building on existing successes, spotting opportunities to engage new partners and donors, and nurture green shoots.
This role, with support from the Head of Fundraising and Communications, will develop, embed and lead the corporate and philanthropy strategy. As such, Bowel Research UK needs an experienced corporate and/or philanthropy fundraiser with well-developed relationship management skills. Someone who is excited by the opportunity of shaping, developing and elevating these important supporters for the charity.
This role will manage two direct reports across community fundraising, challenge events, supporter care and data. Experience managing staff or volunteers would be helpful, but Bowel Research UK are open to applications from candidates for whom this would be a development area.
Equally, Bowel Research UK are open to applications from those looking to develop their expertise and will be fully supported, should they not have equal experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy. As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Role Summary
This new role is responsible for supporting and developing our research, reporting and evaluation function. Our ambition is to provide accurate reporting to our funders, supporters and education and sector partners and high-quality insights and data about the important role that film and screen culture plays in the educational and personal development and future career aspirations of young people aged 5-19. You will be key to developing and improving our reporting, research and evaluation work at Into Film.
In addition, you will support the Head of Impact and Research as well as the Leadership team to ensure the effective reporting and evaluation of the impact of our programmes for our funders and other internal and external stakeholders.
Working collaboratively and closely with colleagues across the organisation, this function supports and informs our programme design and development, our income generation and our policy and comms outputs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Impact and Research to grow and develop Into Film's research and evaluation function
- Support and feed into improvements to and implementation of our organisational theory of change, evaluation framework and impact strategy
- Under the guidance of the Head of Impact and Research, take the lead on setting and delivering high-quality research and evaluation design, analysis and reporting across the organisation
- Lead improvements to and implementation of programme-level evaluation frameworks, ensuring input from our programme delivery teams and other key internal stakeholders (e.g. fundraising, marcomms, senior leadership)
