At Providence Row, our vision is that everyone has a safe home and a community in which to belong. We work with around 1,200 homeless and vulnerably housed people a year in London, offering an integrated service of crisis support, advice, recovery, learning and training programmes. The Corporate Volunteering and Events Coordinator will join a vibrant, friendly and passionate corporate fundraising team who have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. The new Coordinator will play a key part in delivering our corporate volunteering strategy and ensuring companies that volunteer with us have meaningful and impactful experiences, and where possible explore opportunities to develop long-lasting partnerships.
The role will also play a key part in all corporate engagement events, supporting across team with marketing, delivery and administration.

Purpose of role:
iiE is a national environmental accreditation scheme designed to help businesses reduce their impact on the environment through practical, engaging measures.
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving membership growth through proactive sales activity, targeted marketing campaigns and strong relationship management. The role combines strategic marketing delivery with confident prospect engagement, moving organisations from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up and onboarding.

Key responsibilities:
- Work proactively with the PECT Marketing Manager to design and deliver inspiring, targeted marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and grow the iiE sales funnel.
- Take ownership of campaign activity across email, website, social media and partnerships to attract new prospective members.
- Develop compelling marketing content including newsletters, sector-specific collateral, case studies, graphics and digital content that clearly communicate the benefits of iiE.
- Identify press, partnership and promotional opportunities that raise iiE’s profile and bring new organisations into the pipeline.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead conversion.
- Support the sales process by following up leads generated through campaigns, events and initial calls undertaken by other members of the team.
- Confidently guide prospective members through the accreditation process, clearly articulating the practical, financial and reputational benefits of iiE.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, tracking pipeline progress and conversion data.
- Work proactively to improve and automate the member journey within the CRM system.
- Contribute ideas to streamline internal processes and enhance the customer experience.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
You will be an experienced and dynamic communicator with significant demonstrable experience in fundraising and/or communications at a senior level, coupled with an awareness and up to date knowledge and experience of the tools that would maximise the success of our communications and fundraising activities. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. Working closely with a Steering Group of senior staff and expert volunteers, you’ll coordinate the modular Christian Environmental Mobilisers (CEMs) course, from helping refine course modules, liaising with expert contributors and ensuring course promotion through A Rocha’s communications, to managing participant registration, scheduling online learning sessions, and helping evaluate impact. This exciting role links our 350+ community organisations that receive food from us — known as our Community Food Members (CFMs) — with our thriving and fast-paced food operation. As the Food & Membership Operations Coordinator, you will work across the charity with the Food, Membership and Warehouse Teams, as well as our large and diverse volunteer community, to ensure CFM organisations receive a smooth, reliable and high-quality service each week.
The purpose of this role is to strengthen the connection between food supply, warehouse capacity and member demand. Acting as a key cross-functional coordinator, you will help ensure that surplus food flows efficiently into the organisation and out to the communities who need it. You will support both food-sourcing and membership functions, helping resolve issues quickly, improving communication, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring operational plans are aligned across teams.

1) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support daily and weekly communication between Food, Membership and Operations regarding supply and membership demand.
- Maintain awareness of the food pipeline, providing timely updates on incoming supply, changes, restraints, gluts or shortages.
- Assist the Food Manager and Membership Managers with aligning food allocation planning to member needs, operational realities and transport schedules.

2) Food Sourcing Support
- Support the Food Manager with local food sourcing activity, particularly in administration, supplier updates and basic relationship maintenance.

Job Purpose:
The Trusts and Foundations Coordinator is an integral part of the Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a large portfolio of Trust and Foundation (T&F) supporters.
