Job Title: Support Coach

Location: Bermondsey, Close to Surrey Quays station. (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has step free and lift access. 

Salary: £27,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 08:00 - 21:30 which includes 12.5 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break, approximately 3 shifts per week. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays so flexibility will be required.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) on day shifts with a rolling rota. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. Everyday looks different so this is perfect for someone who wants a role where no two days are the same. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times
• Engaging with residents, ensuring they are adhering to their license conditions. This may include planning activities to engage them with other people, communities, and opportunities
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for night colleagues for a seamless service
• Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins
• Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

About You

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to help make a difference and contribute to providing safer communities for all. You will be comfortable working within the criminal justice setting, and supporting residents to have access to the tools and resources to better enhance their quality of life after their release from prison. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be proactive, and have resilience to challenges.  You will have insight into criminal justice settings and the ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds who face multiple and complex challenges. You will thrive working within the team as well as independently, and be comfortable with working with people who have different offending histories. We're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with others, and has a positive outlook, which can be used to support others. We also look for:

• Ability to manage own caseload and determine priorities with time management. Able to use own initiative
• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours or a good understanding of the sector.
• IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, basic Microsoft experience
• Understanding and/or practical application of key legislation regarding social care, housing, criminal justice and mental health
• Cultural awareness, Self-awareness, and ability to identify personal growth areas and take feedback

Role Requirements

• Maintain efficient administration systems that facilitate the smooth operation of the training function with the wider Organisational Development Team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries directed to the Learning & Development Team, providing information and assistance as needed
• Oversee the management of the team inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries while taking ownership of all queries
• Process and oversee internal training bookings using Select HR (our HR System)
• Handle applications for external training, including organising payment and liaising with external trainers as necessary
• Manage all administrative tasks related to in-house training sessions, including generating delegate lists, preparing materials for trainers, and booking rooms, equipment, and catering as required
• Produce and distribute certificates for programme participants upon completion.
• Process invoices from external facilitators, including managing costings for other departments
• Organise & coordinate the training calendar for the following year by liaising with facilitators and colleagues and working with CET and Therapy teams
• Update schedules with changes/additions as they arise and inform training representatives and departments
• Planning and organising ‘ad hoc’ training sessions as and when required
• Prepare monthly induction programme including training memos, induction folders, session materials, catering requests & induction evaluations.
• Deliver brief Training session to new starters and help with tours where necessary
• Deliver appraisee training via teams
• Prepare for training sessions, including sending reminders, organising session materials, catering, room and equipment set up
• Create monthly training and PDR reports and chasing compliance where necessary working with line managers.
• Produce ‘due dates’ and other relevant training reports for managers as requested
• Deliver all training related activities for new starters.

Main duties:

• To register, record, input and maintain learner and qualification information as directed by the line manager.
• To promote the Alliances training and offer initial advice and guidance to learners and employers.

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

Your work would be entirely person-centred. You would support clients in line with their preferences and aspirations, helping them identify roles that match their strengths. A key part of the role involves approaching employers, explaining the value of our service, and working with them to identify suitable opportunities for clients. You would continue to support both clients and employers to help individuals sustain their employment.

You would work closely with referring teams, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a coordinated and client-led approach. You would also work to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service that reflects the principles of SEQF and the British Association of supported employment.

What you’ll need

Experience in employment support is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine desire to support people into meaningful employment.

• Commitment to person-centred work and enthusiasm to learn the SEQF approach.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you’re an experienced clinician in ASC/LD who brings confidence in teaching, supervision and supporting trainees, and can work collaboratively within a busy academic and clinical training environment.

• A recognised core mental health qualification plus specialist training in ASC/LD evidence-based therapies for children and young people
• Extensive clinical experience with autistic children, young people, parents and families, including work within CYPMH or wellbeing services
• Significant experience providing ASC/LD-specific clinical supervision and managing or overseeing practitioners
• Knowledge and experience of delivering clinical training or university-level teaching
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly, manage deadlines, and create an inclusive, reflective learning environment

Key details

Hours: Part-time (7 hours per week)

Whilst this will usually be worked on Mondays during term time, there may be occasions where you are requested, or you may request, to work flexibly and on a different day of the week to support peak points in the academic cycle, e.g. to meet marking deadlines.

Salary: £52,000 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme

Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). Flexibility will be required to attend in-person teaching days during term time.

We are recruiting a General Advice Officer to support with the delivery of advice and welfare support to vulnerable guests who access the Community Wellbeing Service, a local support hub offering relief from the rising cost of living for local families. The Senior Finance & Operations Manager is a multi-functional role at the heart of Peer Power Youth. CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Content Manager to join our Marketing team.

You’ll take the lead on planning, creating and delivering youth-focused, multi-channel content that inspires, educates and drives engagement with our mission. You’ll work across social, web, email and influencer channels, managing content production from concept to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, thrives on variety, and has a passion for creating content that makes a difference.

You’ll sit within the Marketing department and report to the Head of Content. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager, Senior Talent Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Engagement & Events Manager and wider Education and Fundraising teams

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead CoppaFeel!’s content creator work. This includes developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, reach and engagement among our target audiences.

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, ambassadors and creators, ensuring collaborations are authentic and on-brand.

• Develop and deliver compelling, youth-focused content across multiple channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook), email, and web.

• Respond to briefs from across the charity, translating organisational objectives into engaging creative concepts.

• Capture, commission, edit and deliver high-quality video and static content suitable for each channel.

• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social posts, community engagement, website pages and email campaigns.

• Use Canva to design social assets (with support from freelance designers for more complex projects).

• Maintain content consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with CoppaFeel!’s brand, tone of voice and visual identity.

• Manage influencer contracts, budgets, briefs, deliverables and timelines.

• Track and analyse owned and influencer content performance, providing reports, insights and recommendations for optimisation.

• Work with the Social Media Manager to manage the content calendar — planning, optimising and scheduling content across channels.

• Activate and monitor paid campaigns across Meta (Ads Manager) and TikTok (Spark Ads).

• Support CoppaFeel! events and activations with on-the-ground content creation as required.

• Keep up to date with digital trends, youth culture, and emerging content formats to ensure CoppaFeel! remains relevant and innovative.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in content creation and management across multiple platforms.

• Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.

• Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to generate ideas tailored to youth audiences.

• Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software.

• Confident in using social media analytics tools and reporting on performance.

Impatience Earth is a non-profit climate philanthropy consultancy founded in 2020 with a mission to educate, challenge and inspire wealth holders to take bolder funding decisions to address the climate emergency. Since 2020, our engagement with over 40 philanthropic foundations and businesses has supported them to make over £250m of new funding available for climate action, and we have already helped them make grants to over 200 different organisations.

Our work with corporates

We work closely with businesses* to develop and implement strategic grant-making funds, through their corporate foundation arm or internal budgets, that align with their mission and values, while making a tangible climate impact. 

Increasingly, our work with businesses has focused on agri-food businesses. In today’s world, they can no longer count on steady yields, consistent quality, or predictable sourcing from global supply regions. Climate volatility is no longer a distant risk; it’s an immediate operational threat. Businesses that fail to invest in climate resilience now will face higher costs in the long-term, for example through more frequent supply shortages and greater business disruption. Companies that depend on agricultural supply chains for their business survival should treat bold climate action as a strategic investment in managing financial risk and staying competitive.

Impatience Earth has already helped a number of companies to better understand where their biggest climate risks and opportunities lie in their value chain, and support them through a learning and strategy process, through to implementation of funding. Crucially, we’ve helped them to identify how and where to invest philanthropically to both build climate resilience within the business and demonstrate their leadership across the sector. In 2026, we want to expand this work and proactively engage agribusinesses who may benefit from our advisory support. 

The role

We acknowledge that most agribusinesses have their supply chains based in the Global South, and through our work with them, we would like to see them engage in forms of reparative finance that builds the climate resilience of farmers and communities in those regions.

We are seeking a dynamic, justice-driven, Regenerative Agriculture Lead to help agri-food businesses rethink how they invest in climate impact. In this role, you will engage senior executives, particularly in sustainability, procurement, supply chain, and corporate strategy, to shift from short-term, carbon-offsetting based approaches toward directly funding regenerative agriculture practices within their supplier networks, and working towards business transformation as a whole.

Your work will help agrifood businesses transition to more resilient, low-carbon, and nature-positive supply networks by unlocking capital that accelerates climate-smart and justice-centred practices on the ground.

Your initial focus and priority within the role would be in sales and business development, and once you’ve secured high value clients, you’ll also be supporting on delivery and advisory with those clients.

Key areas of focus

Strategic sales & business development

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with senior-level executives at companies with agriculture-linked supply chains and networks (e.g., food & beverage, apparel, beauty, consumer goods). Note that Impatience Earth has a partnership eligibility criteria that influences the types of organisations we work with.

• Lead consultative sales conversations with companies that rely on carbon offsetting, or are looking to reduce their sustainability budgets, highlighting the value of increasing investment in direct regenerative supply chain transformation as a tool for building long-term resilience.

• Build and engage a pipeline of corporate clients and guide prospects from initial interest to proposal development, and deal close.

• Represent Impatience Earth at conferences, industry events, and executive briefings.

Thought partnership & advisory

• Engage corporate leaders on the financial, environmental, and operational benefits of transitioning to, and increasing direct funding towards regenerative agriculture.

• Translate complex climate, carbon, and agricultural concepts into clear business cases and ROI narratives, and occasionally share knowledge and provide training for Impatience Earth colleagues to develop team knowledge.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to help companies design pathways to supply chain transformation that is good for the business and the climate

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships, sustainability advisory, supply chain solutions, or climate/ESG-related roles. We encourage applications from folks who have worked in sustainability or procurement teams within agribusinesses.

• A proven track record of selling into or advising agribusinesses, with a focus on sustainability, carbon markets, climate tech, or agriculture-related domains.

• Strong ability to engage C-suite and VP-level leaders with credibility and influence.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical topics (carbon accounting, regenerative agriculture, climate finance) into compelling narratives.

• Comfortable navigating complex corporate structures, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.

• Comfortable working in an evolving and early-stage organisation, with an entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, scrappy, and excited to build something new in a rapidly evolving market.

What’ll be nice to have:

• Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions, insetting, carbon markets, or B-corp and sustainability reporting frameworks (i.e. SBTI, TCFD, CSRD)

• Familiarity with agricultural supply chains, rural development, regenerative agriculture, or nature-based solutions.

• Experience developing climate or sustainability strategies for large corporates.

How you’ll know you’re doing a good job

• You consistently build and advance a high-quality pipeline of corporate prospects.

• You help shift C-suite mindsets from funding short-term initiatives, carbon offset projects or reducing sustainability budgets to embracing direct, long-term regenerative supply chain investment.

• You close deals and create new partnerships that directly fund agricultural transitions and measurable climate outcomes.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Finance and Contracts to as we continue to grow and develop the organisation’s internal operations. As Head of Finance and Contracts, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management and contractual compliance across the charity.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing and developing our small finance team, while also leading on budgeting, funder reporting and forecasting. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the organisation’s contracts ensuring we’re operating in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office at least two days per week. Part time can be considered for this role.

The Head of Finance and Contracts will sit within the CoppaFeel! Finance Team, report to the Finance Director, and line manage the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Line manage the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant, providing guidance, support, continuous improvement and performance oversight.

• Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings, contributing to the development and achievement of strategic objectives.

• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to inform long-term decision-making and business growth.

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

• Oversee monthly management accounts; meet regularly with Heads of Department (HoDs)to monitor spend and evaluate impact.

• Support with the preparation draft statutory accounts and coordinate audit queries.

• Conduct financial analysis, working with HoDs to assess ROI across key projects and income streams.

Operational Finance

• Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the finance function, including payroll, VAT, cashflow, and working capital management.

• Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best-practice requirements.

• Identify financial risks and implement proportionate mitigation strategies.

Contracts, Funding & Governance

• Provide financial oversight for grant and corporate funding applications, ensuring financial viability and compliance.

• Oversee contracts with suppliers, partners, and funders, working with legal advisers where required.

• Support the Finance Committee reporting and cover for the Finance Director if necessary.

• Monitor and respond to changes in financial, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting the organisation.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent senior-level financial experience.

• Proven experience in charity finance, working knowledge of SORP, compliance, contracting and supporting audits.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

• Senior-level finance leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and statutory reporting.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear financial insight to non-financial stakeholders.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

• Strong technical proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).

Desirable

• Understanding of impact and ROI evaluation in a charity context.

• Experience supporting funding applications, particularly for grants and corporate partnerships.

• Experience working in a small charity environment, and creating new systems or processes.
