In the last couple of years, non-profit organisations have had to work much harder to recruit, and we’ve been supporting them to spread the net as wide as possible in terms of their pool of potential candidates.

But whatever market conditions we may face, the best way to attract more, and better quality, applications is through fair and transparent hiring processes. So we conducted some research to find out more about our candidates’ experiences and what makes them more or less likely to apply for a role.

  • their advice to recruiters on how they’d like to see hiring processes improved
